Playing some of my favorite games when I was a kid brought back so many good memories. The only major problem is the short cord for the controller. 4 feet is not nearly long enough.

the snes classic, while hard to find, is defiantly worth the effort. this is one of the greatest collections of games ever put together. it's such a joy to play through some of these old classics on such an adorable device. super Mario world, a link to the past, super Metroid, Yoshi's island... all classics. if you can find one buy it on sight!!

With some of the greatest titles in gaming history, the SNES classic is a fantastic addition to any collection. The system itself is surprisingly tiny, fitting in the palm of one's hand and, as such, comfortably fits in even the most cramped entertainment centres. If you're a 90s kid, or just a retro-game fanatic, this is a MUST for your collection.

As a 90s kid I was ecstatic about this product! I purchased it for my niece and nephew (age 3 and 5) and they were so excited to get their very first gaming console! It includes basically every game you could want and might remember playing (Zelda, Super Mario, Donkey Kong) all in an easy-to-set up package. It’s considerably smaller than your original Super Nintendo, which makes it very light and easy to pull off the shelf so be careful. The controllers are delightfully nostalgic with the quirk of being fairly short. You have to sit by the TV to play, which, depending on who this product is for, is merely a throwback to early gaming. Many of the games are simple to play, making it a perfect gift for little ones (and adults!)

If you like retro games this console is the answer. It contains many of the greatest Super Nintendo games. It works great and it is really portable. It comes with two controllers so you can play with your friends.

Super is the key word. Easy to hook up, plays amazing. Buy it.

LOVE IT, love how many games come with it and the ease of use

I have an original SNES and getting a decent display/aspect ratio is really difficult on today's TVs. There's no issue with this. There are a couple on-board filters to choose from to make sure the games display perfectly. The games themselves are some of the best Nintendo made for this system. I've compared its controllers to the original controllers and they're exactly the same. Of course, the ports are different, so original controllers aren't compatible. In some reviews I've seen on the web, it seemed that a few people have noticed slight lag between the controller and the console but I haven't experienced this on any of the games yet and I don't expect to. This also comes with two controllers. This is absolutely worth the price.

This system is more bang for your buck. With almost every all time great SNES game included, as well as 2 controllers, there is no reason you should pass this up. You'll be getting the most out of this for years to come.

I love the rewind feature and save points. This is a must have for anyone who grew up in the 90's. I think all kids should experience the original Super Mario just as their parents had. This is that chance. So many titles for one low price. Best buy had great service with the preorder. They handled it the best by far compared to all others.

I had one already, but bought one for my friend as a gift. Thought my local best buy didn't have any in stock, but didn't hurt to ask. Sure enough they had them stored in the back and not on display. I certainly enjoy the nostalgia this SNES classic brings every time I use it reminding me of the good old days before the internet took over.

I LOVE THIS ISH!! I don't even play video games due to being grown, and I do have the latest games, this game right here!! Walking up to the register with my Amazon Echo, and my Canon ink, the impulse section riddled with everything you could WANT!! I saw it! I picked it up! I'm a kid again! I'm glad I don't have a bedtime this time! Lol

I thoroughly enjoy this with my son. Its a great way to show him the games that I grew up with and share some experiences with him. So far his favorite is Super Metroid. I discovered some old games I never go the chance to play as a kid. The hardware is small but very cool looking, wish the cord on the wired controllers were a bit longer.

I was fortunate to be able to snag the Classic SNES and I am so grateful. This is essentially the full-on SNES system with 20+ games pre-loaded for a reasonable price. The graphics look great, relatively speaking. This was the Nintendo system of my youth and I'm so excited to be able to play the old classic games again, two decades on.

Love the new snes classic mini. This thing has 20 games + star fox 2 (never released before). All the games brings you back to those times when gaming was just about games. I'm happy with the system. I wish it could take cartridges like back in the day but this thing has potential. Can't wait until they come out with a n64 classic.
