I consider myself a retro gamer as i still have all my old systems (nes, snes, sega, playstation 2, gamecube, n64) still hooked up to my tube tv in my office. The chance to have this baby hooked up to my HDTV was too good to pass up. Great amount of classic games, chance to save and come back is just awesome, Bonus that nintendo got it right by including two controllers unlike the nes classic. Also been doing the research and hope to hack it so i can upload more snes hits.

Finally got one of these and the games bring back so many memories. Highly recommend you get the insignia extension cord seriously the regular cord is very very short. Other than that very good throwback system

I spent many more hours of my life on the original NES rather than the Super NES, but this system was no disappointment. The graphics are great and the games are a walk down memory lane. Catch one if you can!

Purchased the NES Classic last year and was super excited when I heard the SNES Classic would drop this year. Great nostalgic gaming console, reminds me of my years grownig up playing on the original system.

I love that I was able to get one these, I sometimes miss the days when games were simpler. Games load quickly, audio and video work well with HDMI, my only gripe is that you can't add more games at this time.

The unit comes out of the box with some of the best games, and plays and looks like they do on a old SDTV for the most part - there are some soft pixilations in console view (several filters, including pixel perfect. The console is the best one to use). You are probably going to want to buy controller extenders - I did, while the controllers are short-corded they are longer than the NES classic mini, and the unit is truly miniscule. Well worth the money. If you see one, buy one.

The SNES Classic games and controllers work so great together for old gamers and the new generation of gamers. Must buy!

I have had this since the day it came out and it is a real joy. The games are wonderfully remastered in 1080p and the interface is very user friendly. If you can get your hands on one, I highly recommend it.

This is by far the best purchase I have ever made! Definetly took me back to the first time ever playing my Super Nintendo when I was a kid, can’t wait to show my son what I used to play when I was his age

Works and plays the included titles perfectly. Glad nintendo bundled 2 controllers instead of 1 like the nes classic. Although box could have been packed better, thankfully the actual system was not damaged.

This is a great little console. It has some great games. I wish it had a few more but they are easy to add to it. I have a Rasberry Pi 2 that we also use but this is a bit more accessible to my son who is 8. He plays this just as much as playing Xbox One and PS4. The longer cords are big improvement from the NES classic and it comes with 2 controllers. I would highly recommend this to anyone who had owned one growing up or would like to show their kids what we used to play.

This was an incredible find. It's almost my entire 1990s childhood capsuled in one place. Some of my favorite games of all time are included in this package. It's worth hunting down if you can find one.

Nintendo did a great job with this console. From the game selection to the the emulation quality and added features (saveable Game states and rewind) I would definitely recommend picking one of these up!

Although there’s a few other games I would have liked to have seen on there it has a decent amount of choices. It’s amazing how addictive some of the games are (I guess that’s why my parents used to have to pry me off the thing when I was younger). I think it cost a little more than it should have but it’s been fun bonding with my kids over Donkey Kong and Super Mario World.

I stood in line for an hour to get this as a gift for my boyfriend. Needless to say he LOVES it!! Funny thing is my 11yr old lives it too! Great purchase...now bring back the classic again please.

Nintendo has done a great job with their classic consoles. The nostalgic feel is awesome and the games on these systems are great. This is a must have for any gamer that grew up with these consoles.

I was never able to get a NES mini because of scalpers but I went to be Best Buy at 7:00 a.m. and got a ticket to purchase it when the store opened. Totally worth it every game on it is fun to play

Although this system is limited in its game selection, I blasted out to some hardcore Castlevania IV. All of these games hold up to the test of time and are still fun to this day. Great retro buy.

21 of the greatest games from the golden era of 2d gaming. This is a no-brainier if you can find it in stock. Luckily Nintendo shipped way more units this time compared to the NES Classic fiasco.

Nintendo has another hit on their hands - so much 90s fun packed in such a little package. High marks for recreating the classic Super NES controllers. Can't wait to dive into more of these games..
