I've had a few weeks to break these in. Originally I bought the Prime Pinnacle Towers. They were very good as well. When I bought the Pinnacles the "SVS - Ultra Evolution Tower" wasn't available yet.
I debated for quite some time but all my other SVS Speakers were Ultra Series so it made sense to match the front left and right Ultra Towers. These are $1500/each. A great entry level choice if your budget don't allow for the other two Ultra Towers which costs $2000 and $2500. I'm sure those sound awesome as well if you have the budget for them but the $1500 pair is great for my 14 x 14 den. The frequency range is great when paired with Ultra Center Channel and SB 3000 subwoofer.
To me at times I feel the sound quality is better than my local theatre. I might be exaggerating a little, but these speakers are definitely worth the price!
