    Dont bother trying to set up online just call T-Mobile it was a lot easier took only five minutes. T-Mobile is a great company gave everyone unlimited everything during this pandemic no matter what their plan.

    This is the 2nd time I tried this TMo prepaid SIM kit. Neither time have I been able to activate my new LG V30 ThinQ phone (from TMo). Customer service was never able to help, despite several calls. They resort to the standby excuse, "just wait a couple hours, then call back if it still isn't activated"... which it never is. Local TMo store personnel tried without success to activate my account. After multiple trips to the store, more excuses than I can recall, multiple SIM card swaps, calls to tech support/IT, I still have an unactivated phone. TMo sales associates try to convince me to switch to a postpaid account, and buy another new phone... but that's not what I want. They can't promise me they can make that work either, so why would I want to get stuck in a contract when they can't even make a simple prepaid account and TMo phone work together? Ridiculous but typical behavior by a cell carrier.

    Something that should be so simple took two weeks. Getting my number ported and fully working took two weeks. Hours and hours spent on the phone with customer care countless times. T-Mobile blamed that I bought a sim card somewhere other than a T-Mobile store. No complaints with the actual service just getting it working.
