This TV is absolutely fantastic once you take the time to tweak the picture settings. The picture quality is out of this world—vivid, sharp, and immersive. Black levels are surprisingly deep and comparable to OLED, which is impressive for a display this size. I don’t use the built-in TCL Google TV interface, since I prefer running everything through my Apple TV, and it works flawlessly that way. That said, you really need 4K content at this size. Anything below 4K—especially 1080p or worse—doesn’t scale well and is very noticeable. Once you’re feeding it 4K, though, it’s breathtaking. The only real challenge I’ve run into is finding the right TV stand. This TV is massive and heavy, so it needs a very sturdy, wide stand. I eventually found one, but at 18” high it places the screen a bit too high for comfortable viewing—I end up straining my neck. Ideally, I’d love to find a stand closer to 12” high that can handle the weight, but options are extremely limited. Overall, if you can solve the stand/mounting situation and have plenty of 4K content, this TV is hands-down one of the best viewing experiences you can get today.

I splurged for black friday and got it for a good price. I watched some youtube reviews that I could find but there werent many. The picture is clear and crisp. It is biggest tv I have ever had and I love it. I obviously wont be replacing this in a long time so hopefully tcl quality is good. I have a soundbar package and a ps5 connected to it. I only have streaming services for it and have not had any issues. I used bb for free delivery and free mounting and it went great.
