Bad disc, locked up my Bluray player.

The second disc of the set locked up my bluray player. None of the controls would work. I had to turn it off and on again to get the disc out. I tried cleaning the disc and playing it again. I stopped at the same section of the disc, right after the start of the second scene. Best Buy would not take the set back and their customer service insulted my intelligence when I tried to explain the problem. If you buy these discs play them as soon as you get them to check for problems.

Love the extended version of the Hobbit Trilogy on Blu-ray. Video and audio production quality is excellent. Would highly recommend getting the extended version, for you Hobbit fans.
