The game is fun but the add ons kill the game. Seems like an insatiable money trap. Your sim also seems to age very rapidly which is contrary to previous games I have played. I am not an avid sims player though so I could be mistaken.

Got this game for my sister's birthday and she enjoys it. Only thing she said she doesn't like is the loading screens.

I love playing the sims, it’s the only game I play and it’s awesome.

It's a fun game. The control scheme is fine if you have a large tv or monitor. The architecture design mode is great.

I bought this for my mother. She enjoyed The Sims 3, and has been looking forward to playing The Sims 4.

Was requested to be bought as a gift and they loved it. Seemed very entertaining.

I've been playing The Sims since it first came out. This is by far the biggest disappointment. This game is so stripped down, I can't believe I actually paid $60 for this game. By comparison The Sims 3 only cost $50 when it was released, and it came with so much more that this. The biggest let down for me was the lack of an open world that I've become accustomed to in The Sims 3. If you ask me this is just another slap in the face from EA/Maxis.

Bought this for my kids, and they seem to have a good time playing, however, I do need to make sure they've done homework before playing.

The Sims 4 is a great game- can't wait for the expansion packs! Not a ton of options, but it is a good base game.

Sims 1,2,3 player but not as rabid as other other legacy players. Enjoying smooth playing even at the cost of loading screens. Very fun!

My daughter forgot her password to log in to her origin account. I connected their tech support which was hard to do in the first place and when I finally did get a call back they said my email address was not on her account. It is since it's the oh email address I have after the 6 th time of contacting them this issue is still not resolved. Thier customer service dept stinks
