The refrigerator is “awesome” in my own words. Delivery took around 4.5 months but it was definitely worth the wait. Bought this to replace a Viking and in my opinion this one is built much better and has so much more space than my previous one. And the finishing touch is the cool ice cubes it makes. Best Buy’s delivery and installation of the refrigerator went flawlessly.

Interior of fridge does not match the price point. Disappointing at best. Top drawer is so flimsy the drawer overly flexes just to get it to release from its catch.

I waited at least 3 months for the Thermador free standing but worth the wait. Super quiet, waters works great and my food doesn’t spoil, and with plenty of space despite it being only 20 Cu Ft. The metal and finish on the door feels like high quality and no smudges. This is in comparison to the Viking free standing, which I had, that was 22 Cu Ft but felt less space, noisier and made my food spoil faster. I would highly recommend the Thermador free standing fridge.

Wonderful Machine! Quiet and keep food at the right temp. Makes lots of ice. Lighting illuminates so nothing is hidden. Shelves are adjustable beyond what the competition offers. Plus it looks great.

I waited months for the delivery of this refrigerator, but the wait was worth it. I love the straight edges and clean lines on the outside doors. The water supply is on the inside which is a plus, provided you line up your glass properly - I would have like a slightly bigger cut out here, but that's no doubt due to the fact that I "never use" these dispensers and therefore am unfamiliar with them. I love the wall of lights in the rear of the unit as they brighten up the inside much better than a single bulb. Having wi-fi capabilities that will remind me of filter change needs is great.

Refrigerator works great.Drawers seem cheap, do not match the elegance or the brand. Wish they made easier to use water dispenser with single hand. You have to use both hands to ensure water does not spill

Sleek and clean look, functions well, I wish the middle drawer was also split in half so I wouldn't have to open both doors to access it. Wish there were more freezer storage capacity.

Extremely quite and very innovative! I would greatly recomment this luxury refridgerator to anyone.

Still Regret this purchase 1 yr later. The doors are flimsy and poorly designed so the right door never closes all the way. The open door alarm goes off 2-3 X a day. I thought we would learn to push harder but still a problem. The doors weigh nothing. Inside drawers are flimsy too they bow when opening.

This is very quiet refrigerator and works really well. Purchased the unit on Jun 19, 2021 but delivered on Oct 25, 2021 due to delays caused by chip shortage.

The fridge is designed well for the items we keep in it. The bottom drawer, however, is warped, sticks, and feels like it will soon break every time we open it. Repair sent us a new one but it does the same thing. We are told it is a design flaw and can’t be fixed. All the display models also have this problem.

We like the lighting and the spacious shelving. The only negative is the ice maker. When we open the freezer, ice cubes sometimes fall out the back.

Fits our needs. Like the filtered water dispenser, not too cold. Not using the wi/fi like separate fruit and vegetable compartments

Good, recommended, pricey but good refrigerator. One of the best options if you want to have it similar in depth as your cabinets

Excellent quality and good refrigerator I had bought a Dacor Samsung it was horrible returned 5 times in less 5 months this horrible brand Dacor but Thermador is the best expensive but it it’s worth it!!

Very happy with Thermador products. This is the second time we have bought this fridge (two houses)..great all-around.

Look I’ve my new refrigerator by thermadore. It is so quiet makes great ice cube, and it has so many bikes and compartments.

Beautiful and functional. Newly remodeled kitchen and upgraded all appliances, This is a perfect counter depth refrigerator as it mimics a built in.

So far so good. Lots of compartments with different setting for each is very helpful. Design is very nice.
