    so far so good with under-counter refrigerator. .. concerned.. the under counter freezer unit died in July 2025..not even 12 months (delivered August 2024). As of September 9, 2025 no RESOLVE to repair OR replace OR refund. Items have a 2 year manufactures warranty.

    Broke down the first 30 days of owning, wouldn't cool. Thor sent out a person to fix it and 2 months later it broke down again. Thor sent out a second person who said the first guy didn't put the right part in and that part if on backordered with no ETA. It has been 75 days since the last guy came out and they still have no ETA on the backordered part
