Amazing storage capacity and way better than their older version. I can fit a 16" macbook pro and a 15.6" gaming PC in the laptop pocket. Plus a ton of accessories, cables, pouches, etc in the middle pocket. The hard pocket can fit an MX Master 3, which is super handy. The materials are sturdy and I expect to use this for many years.

This backpack is super practical and well-built. Fits my 15.6" laptop perfectly with room for chargers, accessories, and even camera gear when needed. The straps are comfortable for long wear, and the material feels tough and water-resistant. Great organization layout with easy-access pockets. Whether for daily use or travel, it checks every box.

I purchased this on sale at a heavily discounted price - and it is easily worth the orginal price. High quality materials, well built, and rugged. Deep pockets, ample storage, and lots of features. This bag also has a limited lifetime warranty. I had been a faithful user of Swissgear (Wenger) bags for the past 20 years. My last Wenger lasted 10 years and was just starting to fall apart. The newer ones are not as nice as the older ones and their scansmart feature cimpletely unzips the whole bag. Many of the reviews stated issues with items falling out because the zippers would unzip. So I decided to switch to Thule. The fit and finish seems to be better than the current Swissgear. I'm glad I made the switch. Very pleased with the bag.

I can't say enough good things about this backpack. It is the perfect size, has the best laptop compartment of any bag I have owned and looked at. The pockets on the sides for water bottles is deep and the straps allow you to secure all of your belongings on the inside so they aren't moving around when wearing the bag. The straps are great, quality is amazing, water repellant fabric is awesome. Seriously look no further this bag is the best out there and worth every penny.

Been looking for a replacement to my crossover 1 and this fits the bill. Great backpack and standard Thule quality with the lifetime warranty. My only gripe is I use it for work daily and the synch straps get in the way of my Yeti water bottle in the holder.

I carry this bag 100% chocked full on a normal basis and have for several years now. I carry a 16” MBP, 12.9 iPad Pro with the Bryce keyboard, multiple cables in a zip bag, chargers, extension cords, plastic clipboard/container, paper, multiple writing utensils, a Logitech MX ERGO, a metal stand for my iPad, a Apple MagSafe battery, an Anker battery charger, an ATT battery charger, 2 soft cover books, a rechargeable book light and a Fenix flashlight. All these make for an extremely heavy bag. Extremely durable with strong zippers, loads of smartly placed spaces with no shortage of straps and places to clip to. There are no signs of ripping, tearing or coming apart at the seams. This bag has become my daily driver bag which was a slightly smaller Thule bag that I also still use. 
Buy this bag and you will not be disappointed.

good: - has enough storage - well built and comfortable when on shoulder Bad: - very expensive compared to even swiss gear (I have tried atleast 10 different backpack before choosing this) - It doesnt stand on its own (has to lean on some) because of the top storage. It looks very awkward where it is top heavy. You will notice this when u access the first zip especially

A great travel bag with three partitions to put laptop charger/adapters, documents, some clothes and also easy access iPad and laptop slots. Two bottle holders on the side and a hard shell place to keep your sunglasses. During my travel it housed all my important documents and gadgets needed for travel, with its strong rigid and robust design and material it is the best choice available in the market.

Very well build backpack (as you would expect from Thule). I am 6’ 5” and it was too small to be comfortable when loaded down. The straps are small (but solid) and it does not not have a strap to hang on a carry on bag so it’s not the right bag for me, but I would recommend its quality and design. Lots of storage and great zippers.

This backpack is perfect for frequent travelers. I carry my 15" MacBook Pro, 13" MacBook Air, iPad, and a good amount of personal belongings with ease. It's a practical carry-on item, has plenty of pockets, and it's durable enough for the outdoors. I like that it has straps on the sides to cinch down so its never too bulky. Highly recommend.

This backpack has met my needs and expectations perfectly. It has plenty of space, compartmentalizes everything well, protective pocket for sunglasses (very nice and I am using it more than I expected) and comfortable on your back. Strongly recommend but on the higher end of the price point.

I got this bag since I had a business trip coming up and needed a new back pack. There were only two choices and the other bag was just too big. This bag is a good size and has a lot of nice features (the hard case for glasses is the real sell point here as it protects the glasses even through rough customs handling). I would say that the bag is slightly expensive though ($30 more than the larger bag). But it is good quality (except the clip inside which appears to come from a supplier that has no idea what quality is) is feels very good when on the shoulders. Overall I would probably go with something else unless the glasses case is a priority for you.

My 10 year old Synergy backpack served me well for more than 10 years but developed a small tear that could possibly allow rain in on my two laptops. I travel in planes and cabs every week and walk multiple miles each week with my gear, so my packs get a lot of use. The Thule pack looked like a good replacement bag, and a little smaller and lighter than my old one. The pros: * protective hard case for sunglasses. * interior material is light-colored for ease of finding things. * has a hydration bladder pocket with a hole for the drinking tube. * has a sternum strap. * will hold my 13 in. laptop and my hybrid tablet/laptop and all their accessories. The Cons: * will not stand upright when placed on floor. * Difficult to cinch up shoulder straps when fully extended. * not enough pockets (for my organized tastes). * some pockets are difficult to reach, even after fully unzipping them. * the zippers can catch on the material as it slightly overlaps the zipper to protect from rain.

[Employee of bestbuy] I was a little worried about the tablet pocket but it does fit an 11in ipad pro with a logitech keyboard case and pencil. I really like the colors and it seems durable so far. Took it with me on a trip to Vegas and Phoenix. It has plenty of space for all my developer cables and tech i take with me.

Purchased this for my son for college and carrying his laptop. He is very pleased with the size and the amount of room in the backpack. He also likes the comfort of it. I liked the great price.

I have had this bag for about two months now and I can say it is a game changer for someone working multiple projects and traveling a lot for work. It has plenty of space for work and travel goodies without looking bulky, and Thule (2nd bag with them) continues to deliver on quality material and experience. Great stuff!

This bag is built like a tank. It’s very tough and that is what I was looking for. I wanted a bag that will last for years as long as I take care of it. It has YKK zippers which are top of the line and are great to use. It’s huge and has plenty of compartments and room. I use it to hold my iPad Pro 11 inch, Razer Blade 15, Xbox Elite controller, Nintendo Switch, and my school folder and notepad. Plus the charger for the laptop and other smaller items like my AirPods. I also love how it has a spot on the front that is a hard shell to keep your valuables in like your glasses or other things.
