I adore my new 'Thule - Gauntlet Laptop Sleeve Laptop Case'. I am replacing a former Thule Laptop case that began to lose its finish/seal. This one is far superior. This model has a nicely cushioned interior. It is overall very sturdy and strong. and has the best zipper ever. (I know that zipper praise is an odd thing, but this is seriously the smoothest action zipper that I have ever used in my life!) I generally feel confident recommending Thule products, and this laptop sleeve is, in my opinion, the best of their offerings I've had. Absolutely recommend this.

Heavy duty and supports my laptop well. I can use it as a platform when a desk or table top is not available. It does lack a pocket for the accessories which suits my system well since I carry my laptop around in a backpack.

Case is sturdy. I like the color. Holds the MacBook Air securely.

Such a great purchase for my macbook pro 16". Great to use in the field and solid design. One other note, A 16" macbook pro WITH an incase cover fits perfectly inside. An other nice plus is that the case opens up and stays open with the laptop due to ribbons in the corners that keep the case from opening all the way up flat. I wouldn't operate all day with the laptop in the case due to potential overheating issues but when out in the field for quick photo edits, it provides wonderful protection for your pricey investment. A bit expensive on the MSRP side but worth it for the added protection (I purchased on sale at Best Buy though, which made the price more reasonable)

Very well made, have great experience with Thule and this is no exception. Can fit the big macbook easily. It's quite large, but feels protective. Kind of expensive but that's the brand.

The case is really nice - it’s better than any case I had seen while out shopping. It fits my 13 inch MacBook Air very well. Definitely recommend!

I bike to work daily, and bought this to keep my MacBook Pro protected in case of an accident. It works great, and fits the MacBook pro (14”) perfetly.

Excellent quality! I love how the hardshell protects my valuable laptop from scratches. Perfect for traveling. I keep mine in it all the time.

The case has been used for travel and it has weathered very well. It is easy to put the case in a backpack or bag and pull it out to use with your laptop still inside, like a clamshell. It has been easy to clean and has not stained even with use at various travel locations. It does not have any additional pockets for accessories but It offers good value based on the laptop protection and durability of materials.

Great case for my laptop, good protection and nice size

This is a great case. Light, protective, and durable. It is not a ”soft” case. However the lack of a handle and it being rather skinny means you need a slimmer laptop. If you use this for a portable screen, it would work beautifully. That’s what I use it for. The quality is excellent. This is a five-star item for what it fits, a four-star item due to it not fitting everything despite its wideness.

This case fits well. There is a little extra room around my MBP, but, not an obnoxious amount, that will leave the computer sliding about inside. The design is great. I have been purchasing various Thule bags for various devices for 6-7 years now, and this is up to the quality of all of them. It is nice to see that Thule went away from their traditional blue rubberized zipper pulls, those typically crack and break off after a year or two on their cases / bags. Overall a great case, I definitely feel like my computer is safe inside of it.

My wife got a new MacBook Air in three or whatever it's called I forget but anyway we got her this case and within one week she luckily had it in said case and dropped it and oh she was so worried but not not a ding not a scratch that's a tough case for everyday people and even the clumsy ones it's going to protect what you got inside Best buy rocks

This is by far one of the most protective laptop sleeves I’ve owned. The hard shell adds serious peace of mind when traveling, and the interior is soft but snug enough to keep my MacBook Pro from shifting. Zippers are high quality, and it looks professional too. Great fit for 15–16” laptops. Highly recommend if you’re on the go and want more than just a soft case.

This is the perfect case for my backpack. I actually bought it in other colors and sizes for my home and work laptop. It has a very slim and snug fit without compromising any safety for your laptop.

I purchased this because I wanted the best protection for my MacBook Air 13. And I am so happy I did buy the product that is strongly built. It is solid and sturdy. I love the zipper around three sides. Since I travel a lot, I found that this is a must for me.

Love this case! Makes me feel like my MacBook is fully protected even though it’s not as firm as I thought it would be the padding and fit of the case make me confident during travel that my MacBook is safe!

I bought this and the Speck SeeThrough Case to compare which was better protection for my MacBook. Well, I have to say this provided excellent protection, very sturdy and looks to be of good quality. However, it was much bulkier than the Speck Case and I didn't like that I had to take the laptop out of the case in order to use it. With the Speck, it didn't provide half the protection, but was more convenient and lightweight. Because I'm small and travel everyday with my Mac, I ended up keeping the Speck case though simply because the Thule case weighed more and was bulkier. if your ultimate reason for buying a case is sturdy protection, and you don't mind having to take the laptop out of the case in order to use it, get this Thule case. Period.
