I bought several items for our vacation to keep my daughter with a chronic illness cool during our trip to Disney. This was by far the most expensive and the least effective. I am looking to return it. not worth the money.

I never receive my product, best buy failed to deliver at a pick up location which the service was paid for. BEST BUY refused to take responsibility for their negligence. Will close my account.

The TORRAS - COOLiFY Cyber Neck Air Conditioner, Cooling, Heating, and Fan Rechargeable with 6000mAh - Cascade Black is a comfortable and easy to use device that provides both heating and cooling to the neck and upper back areas. It can be controlled either manually on the device or through the Torras app on a smartphone. The app provides greater control and also additional features. The app is easy to setup and connects through a bluetooth connection. The device is made out of what appears to be a hard plastic but I found it comfortable wearing around my neck for several hours. It is slightly heavy; however, the weight is distributed evenly so as not to be uncomfortable. The device has several modes of cooling. One which utilizes a fan and one that does not. The fan mode is somewhat noisy and may be a distraction to some people. I found the cooling modes to be useful after a workout when I wanted to cool down. The heatiing mode was a welcome surprise. I suffer from stiff necks and occasional shoulder/upper back tightness. The COOLiFY Cyber helped alleviate some of these issues. Battery life was never a problem. In summary, I recommend the COOLiFY Cyber for anyone looking for a device that can potentially help with stiff neck and or occasional shoulder tightness issues or who want a device that can cool them down during hot weather or after workouts.

This is an innovative device that both cools and heats. It has adjustable temperature settings. It fits nicely around your neck and is lightweight. It comes with a USB charging cord but no brick. The written instructions are in a teardrop shaped small booklet intermixed with English & probably Japanese or Chinese. This is not designed well and the strange shape makes it difficult to handle and store. It is equipped with a built in lithium battery so it stays charged very well. There are cautions to not use with medical devices like pacemakers and for certain medical conditions. I have mainly used this for heat on my stiff neck and it provide moderate relief. I haven’t worn it while outside but the cooling fan would help you stay cool while engaged in activity. It comes with a very nice carrying case and this would allow you to take with you while traveling. The cooling feature would be very nice to use on a flight since at times, planes can get hit and stuffy. The warming feature might also work well if the cabin was very cold.

Returned almost immediately. Honestly I didn't feel much difference between this and a $20 neck fan.

Unit itself is cool but no air movement. It's like wearing an ice ring for 280 bucks.

The TORRAS - COOLiFY Cyber Ultimate Cooling Portable Neck Fan is amazing! We live in a hot climate and the fan will definitely cool one down. The set up was very easy with the app and it was very simple to figure out how to operate both cooling and heating functions. I was surprised how cool the neck fan made me feel after just a few minutes of use. You can use the app to control the fan from your phone or you can utilize the button controls on the fan to change the modes. The fan is comfortable to wear and although slightly larger than most fans, it doesn't feel heavy or bothered me with using. The only negative with the fit is due to neck size variation. I have a smaller frame and more slender neck and I did find I had to adjust the placement of the fan to benefit more from the position of the cool air. I also had to slide the neck fab forward a little more to get the maximum feel of the heat on my neck. My husband who has a slightly wider neck did not have this issue. He felt the neck fan was positioned perfectly and he did not have to adjust it. Overall, I would recommend the neck fan for use in either cold or warm climates. Time will tell how long the battery lasts and how often it needs to be recharged, but so far, so good.

When i wear them, they just get warm until there is no cooling effect.

While it is a little heavy, it sure does help control the climate! I'll be honest, I was a little skeptical at first at how well this would work. Let me tell you, it does! This device has 3 modes: Cool, fan and heat. The cool mode is basically air conditioning for your neck. Fan simply blows around air like a, well, fan. Heat, well, heats! All three modes work surprisingly well. The way this device works isn't by blowing air on you, but by heating, or cooling, the inside of the unit that touches you. This means that during heat mode, the device is silent as it is just heating the "pad" that touches you. There are two screens on the device, one on each side. The screens show battery level, options (like bluetooth connection, favorite setting, and mute the beeps), the other side shows the current mode and level. It displays the fan speed of the front and back fans as well as a color indicating the mode. I haven't had a chance to truly test battery life, but I will say that the temperature changes quite quickly. On cool mode, high, it is quite loud though. This is a tradeoff though if you are very hot, but it is most definitely loud. Other than the loudness on high, as well as it weighing a bit, it works very well!

As someone who does lawn care and spends 8-10 hours a day outside I was very excited to use this. I live on the east coast and regularly deal with high heat/humidity so I was hoping this would be the answer to those nasty days. First though, you can feel the quality of this product, it’s heavy, feels durable, has a solid carrying case and comes in a beautiful box. It does come with charging cable but no charging block. I don’t know why companies aren’t putting blocks in anymore, thankfully this works on my iPhone block so I could charge it. There’s three fan speeds for cooling and three levels for heat. It does get cold enough at times to where I need to take it off, same for heat. Not complaining there, I would much rather have that, then not enough. Wearing his for lawn care is not the most comfortable. After about 2 hours it starts to feel raw on my neck and I’ve had to start wearing at 1 hour intervals, it still makes a difference when I’m working it’s just not an all day comfort. I think that stems from its U shape, it might be more comfortable if it had more of an O shape. This works well, heats/cools efficiently and is comfortable enough to wear at sporting events, or light outside work.

To start, I live in a desert, and it's generally never cold enough to warrant any sort of heat-emitting device. That said, I feel like this neck cooler/warmer may be beneficial in certain scenarios. I wore this on a particularly warm and sunny day while going for a walk, and it was a little disappointing. The air pressure was strong, and I could adjust it based on my preference, but I felt like it never got cold enough to make a difference for me. I appreciated the flowing air, but I wish it were significantly colder. The inner ring of the device also cools or warms depending on your preference, and I found that to be a sort of relief in the heat. That said, I found it to be counterintuitive because the area that was covered by the inner ring was sweating so much. It felt more uncomfortable than relieving. HOWEVER, I think this device would absolutely SHINE in areas where it gets cold. The heating is very nice, and you can absolutely feel it working. If you run cold, live in a place where it's cold, or simply like having a neck warmer, this would absolutely come in clutch. The build quality is also great! It's sturdy and feels well-made. I can see this lasting for quite some time. Overall, it's not a bad product, it's just not for me and my circumstances.

This TORRAS - COOLiFY Cyber was everything that I hoped for and more. I have friends who've gotten neck fans and they're effective in keeping you from overheating. They only blow air and don't really cool you, which is fine and can be effective. TORRAS COOLiFY Cyber neck fan is different. Once you turn it on it got cold almost immediately (cool mode). Not just blowing air, but cool to the touch. Imagine that feeling if you put a cold cloth on your skin, but it's not wet and it doesn't warm up. Just consistently cold. It was so effective that it almost started to hurt. You might want to pull your shirt up and place it over that or just pull it back slightly so it's just next to your skin. I think it's because it's spring and wasn't actually that hot out compared to summer when here 100+ degrees is normal. It's not a negative to me as I was able to find a comfortable position. I just want to point it out for someone considering this neck fan. Also, definitely get the app as you can control the cool, fan or heat settings with a slider rather the buttons on the neck fan. The button controls are intuitive, but the visual controls were better for me. In fan mode, it works like any regular neck fan. I find the fan to be a little loud at the highest setting. It wasn't a distracting loud while I watched my son practice football, but for me it was loud. Obviously if you keep it at the lower speeds, it's not as loud. But again, it's not a negative to me, but I would point it out to someone considering this neck fan. But I would also point out that it is also very effective. So that's probably why it didn't bother me. The fan blows down your back and sides helping to avoid those sweat marks you might get sometimes. I got this right as it warmed up for Spring, so I have more experience with the cool and fan settings. But I did turn it on to heat to see what would happen. It was very similar to the cool mode. It got hot quickly and I would also suggest keeping it over your shirt or not so firmly pressed on your skin. But effective and I can't wait to use it during winter football. I would recommend this This TORRAS - COOLiFY Cyber neck fan to anyone.

I’ve had and used this Coolify by Torras personal heating and cooling unit for about a week now, and it makes a great first impression right out of the box. The sleek packaging and holographic font accents give it a premium, modern feel. Inside are four helpful booklets: a company mission/history guide, safety instructions, general use manual, and a Bluetooth setup guide. The directions are easy to follow, making setup quick and stress-free. Charging is fast with a USB-C port—even from a partially empty battery, it reached nearly full in just 20 minutes. While I didn’t do a full zero-to-100% charge before trying it out, the speed of charging was impressive. Controls are intuitive and user-friendly, similar in simplicity to operating a pair of earbuds. After a few uses, adjusting settings with the device on your neck becomes second nature. One standout feature is the adjustable fit, thanks to flexible rubber joints in the arc. It fit both me and my a nine-year-old granddaughter comfortably. The unit is lightweight, making it pleasant to wear for up to an hour or more. Both the heating and cooling modes work exceptionally well. The heating function ranges from warm to very hot—some may find the highest setting a bit intense, but it's generally very cozy. The cooling function is fast and effective, offering a noticeable drop in body temperature across the upper body. While the device itself is great, the app experience could be smoother. There are two QR codes provided for downloading the app—only one worked, and it led to a Chinese-language site, which might be confusing for some users. I opted to download the Torras app directly from the app store, which worked just fine. Once installed, phone control was smooth, but I still prefer using the on-device buttons for convenience. Coolify by Torras is an impressive little unit—comfortable, effective, and easy to use. It’s great for individuals but can also be shared among multiple users thanks to its adaptable fit and straightforward controls. Just be prepared for a slightly clunky app download experience.

First off, I want to say that I am pretty skeptical to fans of this nature. I have not had a good experience in the past. So, with that, I have used this for the past week with the temps out here in Texas ranging from mid 70s to low 90s. I started by unboxing and this is beautifully boxed, with a nice rigid but soft inside case. Nice right angle USB-c charging cable is also included. The fan was 80% charged so it only took 30 minutes to top off. The nice little screen on the side showed me that it was charging and how much time I had left to go. After that, it was time to give this a shot. I went to download the app and the barcode takes you the Asian version of the app, so go ahead and just type it in and it comes right up. Just a couple of log in steps and you are off and running. Easy to control either both fans or you can do front or back by themselves or you can run them at different speeds. I have found that I like both running on medium and it keeps me pretty cool. The sound is not too bad and I find using headphones at the same time, the sound or ANC is not affected. However, I will say the fit of these fans is on the smaller or tighter side. A bigger or larger person my have a struggle getting this on and remaining comfortable. Overall, it does the job well and it cools me down relatively easily

Have you ever tried those cheap neck fans that wrap around your neck and barely circulate any air at all? That is, when they work at all. Well, this Coolify Cyber is NOTHING like those. This is literally like having your own personal air conditioner around your neck, and it is amazing. It's not uncomfortably heavy at all, so it doesn't feel like it's weighting you down. It fits snug, but not tight around your neck. The cooling air has 3 power settings, and the coolest one will do the job for whatever summer activity you are doing, from the ballpark to yard work and everything in between. It also has a heating function that feels really good on sore and stiff neck muscles. It is rechargeable and has a very long battery life. Even at the higher cooling setting it lasts a long time! The Coolify App lets you set some customizable features which are nice. I find myself mainly just using the buttons on the unit itself due to the simplicity. I'll probably spend more time with the customizable features as I use it more and more. I highly recommend this!

This neck air conditioner, overall, is a great product. From its aesthetics to its features, no wonder it’s worth $279.00. Regarding its looks, it looks very modern, and I like the fact that there’s a band that makes it flexible. It allows the neck air conditioner to comfortably fit well around the neck. It comes in a hard case so it’s well protected from the elements. I’m not sure though if it’ll protect it from breaking if it drops. The vents are located just in the right spots, and it feels very nice when it’s turned on. If there’s anything I can complain about its looks, it would be its thickness and its height. It’s understandable that it’s on the thick side. There are two rows of vents where the air comes out of. The height makes it fit around the neck which makes it feel just a little tighter compared to others that go around your neck but just rest on your clavicle. Regardless of the fit, I think it’s still one of the better options out there. As far as features are concerned, this neck air conditioner has three modes: cool, fan, and heat. It’s not just a fan that blows air on your neck. It has cool and heat features as well! I was skeptical about the cooling part thinking it’s the same as when it’s on fan mode. However, when I tried it, you can definitely tell the difference between cool and fan mode. When you put it on heat, it can get nice and toasty. It’ll definitely be nice during the winter months when you’re up and about. I also like the app you have to download so you can control it. Besides switching modes between cool, fan, and heat, you can also control the strength from 0 to 100%. It also has a feature where you can control where the air blows. You can choose it to blow air from the back or from the sides. I don’t think this feature is necessary, but perhaps other people will like that feature. Again, overall, this product is great. I wish I had this when I went on vacation during the summer. It definitely would’ve made my trip more comfortable. Would I pay $279.00 for this? I think it’s a little too pricy, but I have one. Is it worth the price? Probably, especially since Torras seems like they’re the first ones to come up with this kind of product. They upgraded something innovative to something that can actually have more features such as cooling and heating. If you can afford this, then you should definitely buy it.

Its pretty decent for what it is. Its not that great sat 90+ F with high humidity, but its better than nothing. Its not that heavy although if you’re old or scrawny I can see it being heavy. My only big critique would be its price as this is definitely NOT a $300 item. Around $100 to $150 would be worth it otherwise don’t get it. This is pretty bad for a top of the line product.

I bought this, extremely excited to try something to beat the heat wave and was gravely disappointed. The cooling effect on maximum is so weak you can barely feel it outside, and the fan blows less air than my $30 neckfan. I think what was the most disappointing was the battery life which for me underperformed only lasting about an hour on auto mode which is not ideal for something that you want to keep on all day. Truly disappointing.
