This was my first laptop and I would recommend this one for first timers. Easy setup, love the big screen, and the new windows 10 is much easier to use when you get the hang of it. There is glare on the screen that I had to get use to. The edges of the laptop are not smooth. The spacebar does not always space. You type, and when you proof read the text you find words that are run together. Overall I would say this laptop is a great starter.

I have no problems with this laptop. Speed is great, graphics are awesome. A perfect fit for my needs.

this laptop was a gift for a child for school work...he said he didnt need the touch screen feature but once he started using it he said it was the best feature and uses it all the time

great computer for the price . It does everything I expected and having the touch screen was a bonus.

I could afford this laptop and was very excited as it replaced a dell that had major virus issues. My only concern is that I have only had it out of the box several times and the cover is scratched all over. I had it to Verizon to connect a jetpack to it and the minute I pulled it out of a cloth bag, it had scratches all over it. I haven't used it a lot at this point but the look of the cover would keep me from recommending it.

This is my second Toshiba & love both of them. This is the first one with touch screen capability so still working on getting use to that. Can still use my mouse when I want to.

Nice size keyboard with full 10 key function. The large touch screen makes up for the bulkiness.

Laptop is very nice the touch screen is cool. Hard Drive size and memory are good as well. Using it for basic tasks like checking email and surfing the web. Good basic laptop!

Bought this for my daughter who is a computer science major. She hasn't had any complaints thus far and the price can't be beat.
