My daughter loved her new laptop. We bought it a little after Christmas and she loves the touch screen. It was super easy to purchase because although I am sure I looked lost and confused no one asked if I needed any help. At one point, while I was standing in the laptop aisle a worker walked up next to me, I thought she was going to ask if I needed help, but she said excuse me and reached down to get a box front of me then turned and walked away. When I said excuse me, I have a question she stopped in her tracks turned around and looked at me like I was bothering her. I asked if she could show me this specific laptop that was on sale and she pointed to the box and said it's that one right there. Then left.

Great computer for the price. Has all the features I need including a DVD drive. I like to shutdown my computer when not using it, but the default for the power button out of box only puts it in the sleep mode. This can be changed to shutdown by clicking on the battery icon in the lower right hand corner of the screen and following the prompts under additional settings for choose what the power button does.

The price was definitely right for this "starter" laptop for my high schooler. Has all the cool stuff (touch screen) she wanted. She's not into gaming so she didn't need a top of the line computer.

We only surf the internet, pay bills, Etc.. Its a nice laptop, it fast light and the touch screen is nice. Some other computers had better screens but had less storage.. overall great computer

Bought a new computer . The head computer person helped us when we told him we could not buy a computer. We wanted a price match but the item was on clearance ,we asked for a manager to compliment the sales staff on our treatment. He( Hochstetler ?) asked if we bought we said no and explained. I said it was alright understood about clearance and price matching. He then took us back ,asked one of the sales staff a few qu3estions then suggested a computer which was similar to the one i wanted except it did not open like a tablet.I did not care and saved $100.00. Best Buy Geek Squad is the best they don not make fun of me for stupid question but are FANTASTIC!!!Give them raises!!

Very easy to use, love the touch screen. Bought this for our son for Christmas (early gift) since his prior one quit working. He attends college and this has been a fantastic buy for us! Would recommend this lap-top to everyone!

I first went to store in barboursville, WV. I was looking to buy 2 laptops. A nicer one for my daughter going into high school this year. My oldest son is graduating this year. But this is his 3rd laptop so I just wanted a less expensive one for him. The young man who help me was great. He understood exactly what I wanted and like most salesman NEVER tried to over sell me. He had this laptop in stock but the one for my son he looked it up and referred me to charleston store. He was very honest and professional. He also never tried to talk over my head woth computer language. I purchased this tashiba for my daughter. My son I purchased the Compaq from your charleston store

I bought this computer for my 10 year old daughter as a starter for Christmas. So far is working like a charm and she loves it and me being computer literate, i am quite happy with it myself.

I got this computer for my mom! She loves it and it's easy for her to use. She is new to the touch screen and loves it also. I've had Toshiba computers in the past and never had any trouble.

So far I am happy with the performance like the touchscreen speed is good very adequate the laptop for me

Touch screen works well, haven't figured out the wifi part yet but so far it is well worth the price!

it's a fast computer operating in MS10 that uses good old programs while implementing apps to get a good mix of both, and the touch screen comes in handy for programs that involve lots of mouse work. my only thing is that the built in track pad is a little hard to click, and the battery life is not great, but this laptop is a little too big for me to want to travel with it. other than that it's a really good laptop.

This is a great laptop for the price. I've had a older version of this for a few years and it still runs fine. I was impressed with the touchscreen on one that was priced this low.

For the price this is just an average laptop. It does have more memory than most in this price point, but i have been experiencing issues with the laptop dropping my wifi signal on a regular basis. I continually have to reboot for re-connection. for the proce it is average and pretty much what i expected, except for the wifi constantly disconnecting.

Purchased for college son. Easy set up and he loves the touch screen. Got this at a great price and it helped that I was able to get webroot virus protection for an additional $20!

I purchased this Toshiba computer to replace my Dell laptop which is more than 10 years old. As you can imagine this one is much more faster, lighter, and has touch screen. So far it's performing well. It was easy to set up and had no problem connecting to my router. The touchscreen response is pretty well although I would rather use a mouse so as not to dirty the screen. The sound is not bad and the screen resolution is great.

I purchased this computer as a necessity as my old one was getting sad and tired. It's a perfectly acceptable piece of equipment that handles all my video streaming and gaming without any difficulties. I wouldn't try to run Dark Souls 2 at max settings, but my two-year old games run well. It word processes, it e-mails, and it has no hiccups. If you're looking for a good piece of hardware at a decent price, you could do worse.

This thing is great. Easy to use and has everything i could possibly need for what it is used for. Touch screen makes life much easier as i hate the little mouse pads on laptops.

It was easy to set up and is so easy to use. It's great for someone that needs the basics for email, online banking, etc. It's also lightweight so it is easy to travel with.

I've had the Toshiba for just a month. Physically it is nice and sturdy, and high quality in appearance. Runs well and processes data quickly. Internet access is fast and programs do not run slowly or pauses. Video has good color and runs my sims 4 well. At this point, the only negative I have is that the system is not able to run my sims 3 products. So if you play this game, the Toshiba is not the laptop to buy.
