My first laptop and I'm loving it ! i can take it anywhere I want in my apartment. My son gave me a small table that the legs fit under my couch and here I comfortably sit, checking email, seeing what friends and relatives are doing on face book and looking up recipes etc. I'm connected to the world with but a touch of a finger.

The laptop was exactly what we needed and the price made it extremely attractive. The employee helping us did a great job.

I put in an order for this watch on the Apple website $399 plus tax $426. Immediately after placing order l received text from Bestbuy same watch $299 during 4 hour flash sale. Canceled previous order and ordered watch from Bestbuy store pickup. Received pickup email within 30 minutes. Fortyfive minutes later the watch was in my possession. I have had an account with Bestbuy for years and I have not had a reason to complain as far as customer service as yet. Great store /excellent deals

Computer responds well to trackpad input and moves along great with Windows 10. At this price point it packs a lot of features. If I had one con it would be the screen could be a higher resolution.

Needed something basic that didn't break the bank. This fit the bill. Use it for work including lots of Internet usage, word, & EXCEL documents. Does what I need need it to do. Would give it 5 stars if it hadn't froze up on me shortly after my purchase. Wasn't able to access the Internet or any files and wouldn't let me turn it off. After 3 days of this if finally let me do a control alt delete shut down. Good news is the battery works great...was trying to let the battery run out so it would shut down but that never happened. Hoping it doesn't lock up on me again.

I upgraded to another apple laptop so I gave my husband the Toshiba touch screen laptop and he loves it!

Appreciate the clean and slick design, Intel processing power, and lighter weight -- unfortunately the wifi component is unreliable -- kept dropping wifi. Tried rebooting router to make sure it wasn't a wifi issue but was able to isolate the problem with the Tosh laptop. We returned and upgraded (non-Tosh system) - no more problems

This is a very convenient laptop runs smooth and also is touchscreen . I can't ask anything more for the price .....

The Laptop has a lot of cool features, and has a very slick and nice look and feel to it. Really no harsh words OTHER than the price. Very pricey and expensive for what your getting. Is it worth the buy? Depends on how bad you want a 360 degree laptop.

First time user of a laptop with so much functionality. The touch screen is amazing, accurate and easy to use. Light weight compared to my old VAIO..

This laptop looks great, the size and weight are pretty nice and fit my needs as i carry my laptop everywhere. Now too many issues to connect to the internet. that is sad but i would not really recommend this item to anyone i like. Also this is the third laptop i buy from Best buy and i have to say that there is always something going wrong. Last but not least i would suggest to everyone who wants to take the geek squad coverage to think twice, i done it in the past and apparently each time you have an issue it comes out that it is not covered by the insurance, total waste of money and time. Hopefully my experience is the only one of the sort and everyone else only had positive experiences.

Easy to use. Excellant graphics. Light weight. Very pleased with my choice.

This is a great little laptop for the money. Sleek design, with sharp resolution and good speed for everyday activities such as browsing the internet and emails. I only wish the keyboard lit up, because in poor light when you tilt the screen forward to add light to the keyboard, your knuckles can activate the touchscreen, and take you out of the text box. This was an unknown inconvenience, as it's the first touchscreen laptop I've owned. I'd still highly recommend.

This is a great 2-1 option without the connecting keyboards and stuff that you get with more tablet centric 2-1s. Love the capability to pivot the display for standup presentations or to turn it into a tablet for field related business situations.

I love that I can talk to it and it responds back. This is my first touch screen and I am really enjoying it!!!
