I researched laptops while in the store. Jason was of great help and answered all of my questions. I chose the Toshiba because my last laptop was a Toshiba and it lasted 6 years. I am enjoying the touch screen feature. Windows 10 and Micrososoft Office 2016 are easy to use.

I ALWAYS USE TOSHIBA OR HP, I LOVE THEM!!!. THIS PRODUCT HAD A LITTLE PROBLEM WITH THE INTERNET CONECTION, I COULD RETURNED IT.

After pouring over reviews looking for a laptop that fit both my needs and budget, I settled on this Toshiba. The big selling point for me was the speakers...this laptop had some of the loudest speakers I've ever heard. It helps tremendously that they are on the top of the unit rather than underneath or on the sides. The speakers were the best feature. Performance was good. There were a couple of disappointments...first was the weight. This is a heavy laptop for its size. If you're interested in using it as a tablet, the weight could be a deal-breaker. The other negative issue was a small lip that runs around the edge that contacts your wrists when they are resting on the surface for typing. They seem like such a small issue, but it's really hard to ignore if using it for any length of time. Another issue that might bother some folks is the vividness of the monitor. When placed next to our Macbook or a Lenovo Yoga, it was painfully obvious that the Toshiba didn't compare at all. Ultimately, I bought a different model on a better deal, but if that deal hadn't popped up, this one would have worked fine for my purposes.

My old laptop was crashing on me so I decided to get a new one. This laptop is great, and runs really well. I have not had any problems with it so far. The speakers on it are probably one of my favorite features.

Great compact laptop is fast and gets the job done. I bought it for 350 as a daily deal.

If you just need to do email and surf the web this is the laptop for you. It is a well built laptop. I first one I bought was the Toshiba with the 4K display and that is an awesome laptop because of the features for the price and to solid feel of the unit. I bought this laptop for its features and to have as a spare and for taking on trips. The price is a good value as well at $499 when I got mine.

It was a gift for my 11 year old . He loves it and uses it often , besides the setup ,he hasn't needed me to really help him navigate thru the programs .
