I bought this for my son off to college. He just txt that it is great and loves it.

Checked out dozens of 2 in ones before landing on this one. Checked all the boxes for me.

I purchased this laptop for online classes and it works great. It does everything I need it to. I would definitely recommend it.

Works great easy to use and I'm glad I bought it online and went to the store to pick it up. This way was much faster than actually dealing with a person selling it or not because they have not asked you if you need help.

I was looking for a reasonably price lap top with little software. This was a good choice. Only con was it did not have a CD rom drive and did not realize this until after I bought it. Would of been nice for sales person to suggest memory reader or portable CD rom.

Easy to setup. Easy to use. Microsoft Edge seems good, but not all sites are compatable.

Used for searching the web. Doing basic things and keeping my photos uploaded.

Not all XBOX's can connect...only XBOX ONE and be sure you know to push F5 if the touch pad is not working....love the computer

When I first got this laptop I was pretty happy with it. Over the next couple weeks I did notice that it was starting to get slow and would freeze at times. i wasn't aware that my computer was set up to update the software automatically and it started at a very inconvenient time. After the software finished updating my computer has now stopped working. It's only been a month since I bought this computer and I am extremely unhappy that it decided to break in the middle of the semester. If you get this computer make sure to buy the protection plan that Best Buy offers. I got it once before on a laptop, decided not to this time 'cause it is $100 more. But if the computer is prone to technical issues it's worth it.

Am having some issues with the touch pad it works on occasions and is so frustrating.

My daughter is a beginner videographer and loves this laptop. We added memory.

Converts to tablet-style use when I need it, windows 10 was preloaded which was a huge time-saver. More memory than I need right now but I'm sure it'll come in handy

A little slow performance wise but other than that it's a great laptop for the price.

This is a premium laptop for the person who wants the basic laptop with the basic features for a good price. Perfect size, performance, weight for this price.

This is excellent product for my young son. He loves that it doubles as a tablet.
