light weight, battery life is good, the display is very crispy & supercool

I bought this as a family gift for a general use computer, I was not disappointed. Light, efficient enough and beautiful screen quality. I especially like its flexibility with the combination of a full functioning keyboard with touch screen. It makes Internet browsing easy and more fun.

I bought this laptop to replace my old Gateway that had Windows Vista. I am pleased to see how easy to be able to jump in and start using my new laptop. The Toshiba has a fast processor plenty of memory and I was able to upload the programs that I used on Vista with no problem. The touch screen is good and I had not tried using it as just a tablet yet.

Great i3 computer for under $500, light weight for traveling or using at home or school

I picked this computer out to replace my three-year old laptop that died. I like the smaller, more portable size, and the fact that it is lightweight and easier to carry around campus. Really love the touch screen, and the option to fold it over to use as a tablet is a bonus.

It's a good computer it does everything I want it to and hasn't let me down yet it's great cause it already comes with Spotify and Netflix with it and works fast and doesn't ever go super slow the battery last a while and that's good when your using it for work and school cause you can get everything done before it dies

Before purchasing this 2 in 1 I researched and compared several different ones. It came down to the processor and on board memory being superior to other models. The Truebrite display was also a deciding factor. Comparable models with the same resolution did not look as good as this display which looked closer to the FHD models. It looks great in most settings but is highly reflective so outside or brightly lit conditions it is very difficult to see (this was the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5). The keyboard is easy to type on but is not back lit as the pictures make it seem. The touchbad is pretty easy to use but it is big and it is easy to hit while you are typing. Overall this is a great 2 in 1 that does all that I want it to. Pros - Fast, good battery life, great looking display in most situations, light and portable. Cons - Touchpad is easy to press while typing, display is highly reflective in bright conditions.

I have had this computer for 2 weeks and it has been great. It took some getting used to using the touch screen, but it is very simple to use. Unfortunately I had an issue with one of the hinges when converting it to tablet mode, causing the laptop to not align correctly. I brought it in to Best Buy and they exchanged it for me no problem (as it was still under warranty).

bought it for my daughter to help with high school homework & projects. very user friendly and versatile. She loves it. Touch screen and tablet features are very useful to her. Highly recommend.

I read some online computer review sites and I was concerned about the comments regarding the glare from the display. Could see the glare in the Best Buy store from all the bright lights. I decided to purchase it anyway. For a sale price of $350.00 I couldn't go wrong. Just needed a basic computer for work. The computer has been wonderful. No problem with the display, works very well. No glare problem. For a I3 processor it is very fast searching the web.Everything is working great.

I bought this computer to replace an aging Windows 7 machine. I was attracted to it by the size, the tablet-capable design, and the touch screen. I bought it during a Best Buy flash sale, and the price was incredible. I knew I would appreciate the touch screen, but it's even more beneficial than I had anticipated. The machine is everything I was looking for, and after using it for a month, I am thrilled with the purchase.

Love the touch screen features. Windows 10 far superior than Windows 8. Great value for the price.

This computer is a 2-1, which means you can use this as a computer or a tablet. The Windows 10 software was easy to understand and use. The touch screen worked great. Love it!

First, Best Buy was able to match the price from an online retailer, so that was awesome. As for the laptop, I really like it. Haven't had a lot of time with it so far, but it is very fast and doing exactly what I need such as checking email, web surfing, and a few other things. It fits nice on my lap and very comfortable to work with.

Bought this as a replacement after my Sony Vaio gave out and have to say it does the job. Paid only $350.00 and thought was a bargain for the specs. My first Toshiba and so far I'm very satisfied.

Cheaper than MS Surface, but same great performance

Okay...I am a Toshiba fan - always have been - but I have to say I'm a little bit disappointed this time, but I'm pretty picky. I didn't want to spend over $500 for a replacement computer to my old 2005 Toshiba, but didn't want something as small as a Surface. I'd been toying with getting a Lenova but had heard about issues that made me stay away. Then I came across this Toshiba, which is a 2-in-1, and I was sold. A couple of things that bug me - first, it's fairly hefty for this day and age at about 5lbs. The second thing is the keyboard - that feels a little weird to me, but perhaps I just need to get used to it. Third (and last) item is the switch over from 'laptop' to 'tablet' mode. It's not real smooth, and the display doesn't roll all the way around - don't know if this is something peculiar to Windows 10.... Other than that, the touch screen is very nice and the size of the screen is great as well as the color and clarity. As with every Toshiba product I've previously owned, I expect a long life for this item. Considering that I don't intend to carry it around the weight doesn't bother me.

This is a great computer for the price. I was looking for a sub $500.00 computer for my wife to use with her work from home business and was not dissapointed. I read other reviews on this laptop before buying it and was a little leary about the screen. As stated in other reviews it has glare but this is certainly more apparent in a highly fluorescent environment. In my wife's home office this issue is not a problem. The touch screen is more responsive than computers I've paid 1k $ plus for. If your looking for a good sub $500.00 laptop. I doubt you will be dissapointed with this one.
