This was a great purchase for everyday use. Windows 10 with Touchscreen makes it simple yet practical. Plenty of gigs to get things done fast and multitask.

It looks nice and has a touchscreen which is a plus, but it runs slow and the mouse freezes here and there. I'd expect a bit better performance.1

I never utilize the tablet mode so the touch screen is a little pointless. The speakers are nice and get pretty loud. Overall, a good laptop for its price

This laptop/tablet was a gift for the wife (she loves it) problem is so do i...... probably even more so than either of my asus Q503UA or my x550c. It really is an awesome little machine, yeah it is a 5th gen I3 but it works right, I guess i am just trying to say it is dialed in for what it is. and by the way the Harmen/Kardon sound system is swwweeeeettt on this thing if i could get a do over this would definitely be in the top 5.

Computer has shot down two times and had to install programs again

We bought this on sale and it is a good laptop for daily surfing, word processing and other tasks. I saw some sluggishness on the mouse pad where it would pause and not move for a couple of seconds. It does seem to work fine when you use a mouse though. So, not a real issue for me.

The set up was easy and it is a very versatile piece of equipment for use away from the office.

I bought the first computer mid Feb returned within two weeks because it wouldn't connect to the Internet. Thought well maybe it a defect with the computer purchased another.. bad idea I've had it for three weeks now of course past in store return and I again can not connect to the internet. But on top of that I'm also unable to change my adapter settings.

I bought this to take on vacations and it has all the features and is lightweight for traveling. I have a bigger size one for home use.

I like it and how versatile it is, but I still prefer Apple

I did a lot of research before purchasing this laptop. When it went on sale I finally bought it and I'm soooo happy I did. It was exactly what I was looking for. The size is perfect not too small but compact enough to travel. The only thing I'm still trying to get use to is the Windows 10 ugh.. I get frustrated when I can't use it easily but no worries.. It's like everything else, just gotta adapt to change.

Bought this PC as a gift for my girlfriend. Her main use for it is grad school, and she absolutely loves it. Runs fast and does everything she needs. It's a bit heavy for its size, though, and runs slow on occasion. Overall a great day to day computer for general use.

The screen broke within 2 months, and I have no idea how.
