Took it back to a different Best Buy and the he manager said the system was messed up and that it shouldn't have been sold to me. I bought this as an open box item. Back to researching for a new laptop

The most annoying thing is when you try and type on it, it's like someone keeps pushing your arm and you can continunously mess up. That's because the pas where you move the mouse is extremely sensitive and unusable!
