I love the phone for what it is. I needed something that could take the beating I wouldn’t dare subject my main phone to. Although I’d prefer another carrier for where I am I still think it was worth every penny, which by the way....wasn’t to many.

I bought this to replace my LG Rebel 4 which has a cracked screen. They wanted $50 to replace the screen on a $30 phone. This phone was Black Friday deal $50. I used a $50 gift card that cost me $40 so I thought for $10 more I would get the newer model. Larger screen, more memory, newer OS, fingerprint security. Honestly I liked my Rebel 4 better. I don't think it's the fault of the phone but changes to familiar features because of the newer OS. Calendar now takes more steps than the more efficient older one. Can't get the screen color and fonts to my liking. Less customizable. Long press for caps lock too long. And more. But time moves on and I will have to deal with it. Almost wish I had bought another Rebel 4.

Purchased as a replacement for another tracfone that a family member was having issues with (Samsung A10e). Same price as the former, but definitely an upgrade. Large, bright screen, responsive, and 32GB’s onboard. Took all of 5 minutes to get it activated with tracfone. I took off a star for some specific customization issues, but your mileage may vary. If you are in the market to upgrade a tracfone at this price point, it’s definitely worth looking at.

Got it during a sale for 50$, having had it for nearly a year now I'm pleased with my phone. It's doing everything right and not trying to be something it's not. While the carrier is limited it's not so bad. I was able to use my sim card from my previous phone that I bought in 2017 so it worked out very well for me. I'm still using this phone to this day for work and I plan to keep using it for a very long time. I only upgrade my phone when it either suffers from slowdowns due to age or something breaks.

The phone works I got it for my son and it works fine for a $50 phone (got it on sale). So I tested it as a device not as a phone that is service related. It as android 9.0 but it works and you can download from Play Store so it’s good. Also screen is clear and good sized that 6’1 screen is good sized. Had a SD on side which is good so not limited storage. Service will depend on the carrier I have not tested this but the phone itself is great.

For the money, this is a great phone that we at our church for our groundskeeper. It runs fast and android is a simple operating system. I would recommend this as a work phone that is expendable since it is not a flagship.

Great starter phone for my son. The only issue is it’s kinda slow at times, but overall great product for a great price.

Love this phone. I've been a Tracfone customer for over 10 yrs now. Their service is great, but the phones I've had have been just OK until now. This phone works great..is super fast online..and calling quality is crystal clear. I have a friend that has a $700 Samsung Phone, and it doesn't work any better than this LG. Does his have more features? Sure..but I don't need them. This phone works great and is VERY easy to use and set up. Highly recommended.

Good phone with good features but the microphone fails. Ive had two they are now wifi browsers and vant be used as phones.

I purchased this little phone for my 10 year old grandson. He doesn't have a phone plan so he uses strictly for playing games, watching Youtube, and using the messenger App to talk to friends and family. He likes it and it seems to be working for him with his games. He says he is able to download games quickly and it doesn't freeze up on him like his old phone so I guess that is a positive for him! I would recommend the phone for basics like my grandson uses it for.

Have not activated this yet, waiting for the weekend. But my last phone was an LG Tracfone and I'm hoping this is much like my old phone. Problem with my old phone was the battery was not lasting very long (I've had the phone 5 years) which brings me to this phone!

Haven't had long enough to really test. Was little difficult to set up as they hide things with out much explanation even on the on line directions. Just wish it wasn't so long but it may prove me wrong as being a great phone for the money.

Tracphone works as promised. $20 for three months. Good for small useage owner. Full featured phone.

Nice phone if you only use it as a phone. Gets a little slow once you download apps and such

Just upgraded to this phone from the premier pro. So far it's great. Except 1 issue I'm having with trying to disable google Assistant. It drives me nuts. Otherwise I've had no problems. Definitely worth it.

I'm not tech savvy and hate learning to use a new phone. So far this phone has been pretty easy to navigate.

I'm not a fan of a high gloss case, it's too slick front and back so I had to get a case to hang on to it. I thought the fingerprint scanner would be a cool option, but it's way too small and you have to swipe your finger sever time then the sides and then the tip to set it up. Good budget phone
