Tracfone cards are an exceptional value

For around 20 bucks, you get 60 talk minutes, 60 texts and 60MB of data. Many of the smart phones come with triple minutes. That means a 60 minute card gets you 180 talk minutes, 180 texts and 180MB of data. For moderate use, tracfone is an exceptional value

Tracfone is really a good solution if you just want to have a phone for emergencies. My wife uses it mainly to send text messages these days. I used to have a Tracfone phone and would call my relatives in France for the same price it would cost me to call my wife here! Unfortunately the quality of their network dropped and my calls kept on getting dropped so I gave up calling abroad and using my tracfone service altogether. This is the smallest card you can get from Tracfone I believe but if you look around there are promo codes that give you more airtime, and sometimes your phone comes with double or even triple minutes for life.

Great Value When Used With a Smartphone

When used for a Smartphone or BYOP (Bring Your Own Phone), you are adding 180 minutes, 180 texts and 180 MB of data to your existing balances. Tracfone is not for everyone, but used the right way, it is a great value. On some other Pay As You Go prepaid services, your balances expire 90 days from the date you load the PIN. On Tracfone, you balance expiration date is extended by 90 days from the existing expiration. So if you find a good deal on these airtime cards and you know you are staying on Tracfone, load away and keep stacking the balances and expiration dates.

I've been using Tracfone for 20 years. The best bargain available for those who don't use the phone too much. When I had triple minutes, they added up too fast to use them.

Have been using TracFone service for 9 years. Since I do not use much talk time & unused time carries over at renewal, the 60-minute card works best for me. This keeps the cost of the service to less than $8 per month.

I like the 60 min cards as I do not use a large amount of minutes and this is the best way to get a low cost phone without having to sign contract for multiple years. Have used the 60 min cards for 10 years.

I am not so important that anyone must be able to get in touch with me at any place and at any time. Therefore, I do not usually carry a cell phone with me, so I don't use a lot of minutes. The 60 minute TracFone refill card works perfectly for me. And my phone triples the minutes, which is plenty for me. Best Buy always has this refill card in stock, which is very helpful. All this means is that I get 3 months of phone service and 180 minutes for $20.00, which is a bargain, I think.

Wanted a prepaid phone for a temporary need - an exchange student. This was very inexpensive, no connection charges, texts cost 1 minute each, audio calls round up to the next 1 minute. Sound quality is fine.

We love the Tracfone as it is easily the cheapest way to get a simple phone for emergency use. Best Buy is often out of the $20 cards, but I was able to get one last visit. Plus I had a $5 reward certificate to use.

Trafone offers different prepaid mobile phone cards: 60, 90, 120, 200 minutes and more. The good news is that on each card you can use promotions codes that will double the actual minutes on the card.

If you use TracFone, then you already know that purchased minutes either double or triple depending on the phone that they are applied to. If you're new to TracFone, there you go. New information!

This is the best bargain among all mobile phone offers. I pay less than $20 for 60 minutes, which is automatically tripled to 180 minutes. They last 90 days and if I "reload" another 60/180 minutes into my phone before the 90-day period expires, any unused minutes are automatically rolled over to the new period. For someone who is not constantly on his/her phone, you can't beat paying less than $7 a month for exceptional service.

Compared to a contract plan I pay much less...approx $20.00 for 90 days. Even if a top off is needed I can still have everything contract phones have for so much less.
