I liked the fact that I could cover my computer, phone and laptop with one subscription. It would also notify me monthly via email whether any issues had been found. It comforted me a bit knowing I was taking some precautions and trying to protect my devices. At the end of the subscription it automatically renews unless you "turn it off". This would be fine if they gave you perhaps a week notice that your subscription is up for renewal, but unless you are on top of things that is not the case. I wish they had and ended up cancelling my subscription through Best Buy and found a better price through another company.

I have already had this product for many years now, this was an extension to my subscription, knock on wood, been lucky!

This AV is ok but nothing to brag about, I have not installed it on the rest of my PCs as I use Symantec. Its free for 3 months when you buy something in best buy but other then that, I think I have about 3 disks now that are not used.

With a realitivly new device, and virus protection only be active for a month or two no issues. hopefully this continues. if so i would rate this product with 5 stars, very easy to use.

I had Kapersky, but had to switch to this because Best Buy no longer carries it. So far so good and it was on sale.

It was a simple straight forward installation process and I'm glad they offered it in store. Because I definitely would have forgotten to install AV software after buying my Surface

Easy to use and set-up. Runs in the background and has a ton of customization available to meet your security needs. Great product and a good price. I would recommend.

Got this with my Mac and runs great! It came free as part of the Mac package too so that was especially nice

I have used TrendMicro for virus protection on all my laptops/computers for the last 8+ years. This product is easy to install and never failed me. Best Buy always has this item in stock and has the best price if not they will price match. I always recommend this procuct to friends for their virus protection.

Easy to use, and blocks viruses really well, I just don’t recommend for casual laptop or PC users.

Hi A late reply but worth it. It did the job well for my devices just like other well branded security product. I didnt feel any issues or security concern with TM Internet Security. The updates were good and scanning was both fast and detailed when needed. Didnt observe any slowness etc with the product. I still use it for my Samsung tablet from my brother's purchase. Look for deals, compare your needs and but it. I recommend it as compared to smililar brand product.

I usually do the lazy thing and keep renewing the antivirus software that comes with each new computer. But it was interfering with other apps. The experts at Best Buy helped me understand the differences between various brands. I'm very happy with what I purchased; Trend Micro for my three devices.
