However, the instructions didn't work so I had to call tech, which I was charged for, because the packaging instructions were outdated. The tech was very helpful and took me through the new instructions, which were very different. I still need to load it on my other computers and only hope that I can remember all the steps that she took me through. My objection is that I had to pay a fee to get the information needed to install the renewal that I paid for with the purchase but was provided the wrong instructions. Otherwise, I am, as before, pleased with the product.
