I was sold when I was told that with my membership I ciould have 24/7 technical support and/or have someone come to my house to fix any issues I ciould have.

Support was Great

Downside was that the office was closed and I had to wait until the next day and call when the office opened. I called support and they were great! Walked me through the installation.

A good deal for a year subscription

I am not a fan of any anti-virus out there but if you need one this should do it. Works well with both mobile phones and laptops. Although it did slow my phone down once, that could have been a minor issue.
