Used by the Best Buy installers to mount my new LG 65" TV. This was used to conceal my power strip and Directv box behind the tv and out of sight by the installers, which did a great job.

The geek squad service was perfect. Very professional and friendly installation staff. Clean and fast installation. Highly recommend

The fact that Best Buy is using 3rd party entities for installations is leaving clients with a bad experience. After 5 times of scheduling a 77” tv installation and 4 no shows, it finally happened yesterday. The service also included hiding cables inside the wall for a prior purchased tv, however, this service was not done because they claimed that was a separate installation and wanted me to pay them on the spot to do it, even though this was stated in the order. I refused to pay them and now I still have a tv sitting on the floor not installed.

The two technicians were great and did a great job mounting the TV. My review is because I believe the product itself is false advertising. The name is that it hides the wires but that's not the case. In order to hide the wires, there has to be work done prior to the mounting, that is, a hole needs to be cut in the wall and the wiring made ready for the location of the control box. Unless you know that, when the techs come out, they are unable to do anything except mount the TV. So I basically paid $300 to have the guys drill some screw holes into the wall and mount the TV. Again, they did a great job, but when they left I had a bunch of wires and the TV control box sitting on the floor. That's not what was advertised and I feel cheated. The techs even further said I would need a general contractor to do the prep work and they did no electrical work at all. As we had no TV and it would take a lot of planning to get this done correctly, we had them simply mount the TV. No wires were hidden and it's frankly unsightly.

I was told by geek squad Best Buy store that I could move wall mounted TV lower by 2 inches without new holes in the wall. Installer came and said I have 2 options new holes which I opposed or a bracket that I wouldn’t notice. The tv was crooked and offf the all by an addition of 5 inches. I had them come back and put everything to where it was originally before their original visit. I was charged $270 and $50 for a bracket . So all together $320 and back to where I started.. Ridiculous especially in this economy will never buy anything anymore. Should have never spent 18k last year on appliances and tv

Aweful services from best buys. Installation had to be rescheduled three times because of Best Buy’s very poor performance and coordination of equipments needed to install the tv on wall above sliding door. Scaffolding was brought in without technical setup support to the geek squad team to install the tv… the initial installation date is more than 3 weeks Aewful service.

The Geek Squad was very professional, very courteous, and very expeditious with the installation. They were in and out in less than an hour.
