U line failure !! Don’t buy any Uline brands

The mother board fried up the first month . Best Buy will not fix it for the first year and they
Make you go through Uline who will then contact a local repair place - after 5 Months and 3 failures on fixing it - it finally works for now . But essentially I paid big for this machine and got nothing in return
They also put the water line pump in the front of the machine. So you have to snake the back line through the front - and this is where the mother board is !!!!!! Right next to the water - this is a complete design failure .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

It has not worked since delivery. Waiting for U-line rep to come and check it out. The installer couldn't install and the worker sent out was not a U-line expert. Delay, delay, delay

We just built an outdoor kitchen and put in this ULine ice maker. We love this ice maker! It makes a ton of ice and really fast. We highly recommend buying it.
