Fast and Convenient Delivery of Uber Gift Card

The e-card was delivered to my mail box in a few hours after ordering and the speed of the email delivery was remarkable. My only suggestion for improvement would be the ability to automatically redeem the card in the Uber app, rather than manually entering the code. Overall, this was a highly satisfactory shopping experience.

Crappy service support/no delivery of gift card

I tried to get a refund but it is not allowed. I tried calling, using the chat service, and best buys support is absolutely horrible. I will never buy a thing from them again. DO NOT BUY A GIFT CARD EVER from Best Buy.

AFTER READING SOME OTHER BEST BUY GIFT CARD REVIEWS IN WHICH THE CODES DON'T WORK, I TRIED TO CANCEL THE TRANSACTION WHILE ITEM WAS DELAYED IN TRANSIT. THE REP TEXTED IN CHAT THAT THE ITEM WILL BE REFUND AS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM. ONCE THE ITEM WAS RECEIVED AND NO REFUND PROCESSED, I BROUGHT THE WHOLE PACKAGE UNOPENED TO BEST BUY STORE AND TRIED TO RETURN IT THERE. THE REP IN THE STORE SAID IT CAN NOT BE PROCESSED AS THE OPTION TO RETURN IS NOT AVAILABLE. I WAS LIKE FINE, I WILL JUST USE IT THEN.
