We purchased this portable charger after a smaller one we own was always dying. While it is a bit on e heavy side it works great! I like the fact that it came with a cord as well. All thre kids are able to charge their iPads at the same time and there is still enough charge left in the power bank to charge other devices. I was so impressed with it I also had my son buy one for himself.

This power bank feels very premium and sturdy. With the 20,000mAh capacity, it gives me enough juice to charge my phone multiple times or get a full charge for my laptop when I'm away from a wall outlet. The 165W output is impressive for a device this size. It's a bit heavy, but expected for the amount of power it holds.

This portable charger is very impressive for such a condensed product. Easy to read color screen provides accurate status of the charge or drain. Super easy to pack into a backpack, briefcase or luggage. Can recharge in my vehicle or at home. Just a great value and trusted charger.

I love this charger. With 20,000 mAh you can charge you phone or tablet multiple times before having to recharge it. The charger cord extends out a good distance then snaps right back and its magnetic so it attaches flat with no cord hanging off. Its great for travel. Its pretty heavy so might not want to take it for everyday use if you're trying to go lightweight but if you have a purse or backpack it's perfect. Great to have when you're with friends whose phone is always about to die.

Retractable cable comes in handy, supports fast charging for multiple brands, holds the charge well, included pouch helps protect the screen while in backpacks.

It charges and discharges very fast, and the integrated cable is super convenient. But it gets 4 stars because its 20,000 mAh doesn't charge my MacBook to 90%. If you truly want to get this for laptop on-the-go use, you need a larger size. For tablet/phone use this is excellent although as said it will provide fewer discharges than you might expect. (charges my phone fully 2-3 times, iPad 1.3 times)

Works as intended if not even better used it for my flights was able to charge all my devices with no issues and this think has crazy battery life!

Bought this so I can keep my laptop charged when I am outside of the house and need to do some work. Works wonderful and holds charge very well!!

Keeps all my devices charged. It comes in so handy when you’re on the go and no chargers are around.

This is a nice product to have, especially for travelling and conferences. I like that you can plugin multiple devices. One thing that I don't like is the power button location. I always hit the power button when I'm picking up or moving the device.

this product helps fast charge my phone, laptop and ipad to full charge within the hour, highly recommend if looking for a power bank.

Most of my chargers take forever on my iPhone 15. This charges it fast and still has over half the battery

Quality is nice and can charge my laptop and iPad at the same time! The retractable charger is nice to have if I don’t want to carry around an extra cables. Pretty simple to use and holds a charge for a long time! I don’t like the weight of it, it’s pretty heavy compared to other “portable charging blocks.” Overall, really nice!!

One of the best chargers I've ever bought will tell everybody to buy one.

It does it purpose, but the screen have bad resolution, and the built-in cable seems to be fragile. But overall, it's a great cost-benefit

It worked fine for charging but the countdown timer got stuck at 99:99 and no amount of resetting it would resolve it. Returned it and got the Anker equivalent for $20 more.
