I noticed this mug on the shelf at Best Buy a few weeks before Xmas. While walking along, I swung my arm to try and knock it over on the shelf, but much to my surprise, the Mighty Mug was having none of it. Seems to work on most surfaces, though it will glide a bit on some surfaces. Also seems to keep my cold drinks cold (I did not try it with hot drinks). I also love how there's a button to open the top for drinking, so even if you do manage to knock it over, nothing comes out. Bravo! The only thing keeping it from getting 5 stars from me is that there is a design flaw on the lid The lid has a thin plastic disc that is connected to the rest of the lid by a single connection point - which unfortunately means there's a single point of failure. The first time we dropped the top on the countertop, the disc broke off the top at this point, and the mug is really no longer usable. Which is a shame, because otherwise this mug was great! If they can figure out a way, perhaps even just a few extra connection points, or perhaps a LID swapping program so that I can continue to use my Mighty Mug, this would definitely get 5 stars.

One of the 2 mugs I ordered was missing a piece off of the top. Obvious quality control issues!!

It's pretty good, but there is no rhyme or reason as to when it will work and when it won't. On my desk it's probably 85% which is better than nothing. On a smooth clean surface, it will usually work, but sometimes it won't. I tried to contact support three times and each time I was completely ignored. I've had the Mighty Mug since December 2018 and have noticed the finish coming off. I only ever gently hand wash it since we don't have a dishwasher at work so it's just a low quality finish. For a $25 "coffee cup", I would expect the quality to be better. The Mighty Mug will keep your coffee very hot all day long. I've left coffee in the Mighty Mug for really long stretches and expected my coffee to be cool when I returned only to find that it was pretty much just as hot as when I filled it. I would BARELY recommend this mug because it mostly works. If you like good customer service, maybe look for a wide bottom mug so you won't have to put up with being completely ignored. Getting the "we have your money so we won't bother to reply" treatment

This mug really does what it says. Doesn't fall over when knocked or tipped. It keeps my coffee warm all day and the seal on this thing is really good. I know it sounds a little much paying the price but i think it's well worth it.

Awesome travel mug. Great size. It's amazing that it doesn't fall over. But easy to pick up.

I bought this item for a crafter so she would have a water vessel that would not spill on her work surfacef.

Tumbler is great with unique idea of no spill. But I got a different color tha. I ordered. I can get it exchanged I think. This mug’s design needs a bit correction ( the bottom is defective so as the tumbler sways around on the base. The previous design they made was such that its steel body touched the table surface all around. This gave it stability while you place it on a surface. But this time the mug’s steel body stays few millimeters above the table surface and the mug itself rests on the orange rubber area that is highly unstable. This spoils all the idea of making a mug like this. It is like making a marvelous building that starts shaking and falls on its own weak base.

This mug is so cool. Friends and family alike enjoy experiential with it as it holds to any smooth surface and can’t be accidentally knocked over. Keepshot liquids hot and cold liquids cold all day. Amazing!

I use this everyday. I love the suction feature it gives out so spill free all the time. Also it is sealed up tightly so the heat or cold doesn't go out. It last all day.

I like the feature that it does not tip over accidentally. Prevents me from spilling coffee into my keyboard. The coffee remains hot long enough for me to enjoy it.

This is amazing! Stays put when my kids and dogs accidentally hit it. I don't worry about spilling my hot coffee anymore!

This Thermal Cup is awesome! It keeps my coffee hot and cannot be knocked over on my desk! It is a must have!

It does exactly what it says it does it does not tip over and lifts easily

So far, it has been working perfectly. We've not had one single spill from it. It really is true to the name.

Love the design and that the cup will not turn over! Would make a great gift for anyone or for yourself.

Mighty mug works as advertised. Holds cold and hot. Stays in one place

I got this cup specifically for my son bc he can’t see well he always hits the drinks and they fall. With this it actually stays in place. The only downside is the lid mechanism. I didn’t realize you don’t close it all the way right or ithe kid mechanics don’t work. We do like that you can drink from any part of the cup.

This mug is great. You really can't tip it over and it keeps drinks hot for hours.
