Comes off too easily!

Love the look and design so I bought it for my wife, but it doesn’t stay on the phone. The magnets aren’t very strong. We replaced it with a pink pop socket and that’s so much better.

Were you using the Magnetic Phone Ring & Stand with a MagSafe-compatible case? It is designed to attach only to MagSafe-compatible cases or phones with built-in MagSafe, so it won't hold securely on non-MagSafe cases.
Our magnetic rings are known for their strong magnets, especially when paired with a VELVET CAVIAR MagSafe case. We'd love to know what case you were using so we can better assist you.

Our MagSafe accessories are designed to work best with MagSafe-compatible cases, and VELVET CAVIAR MagSafe cases provide an especially strong magnetic connection. When used with a MagSafe-compatible case, the ring should not easily detach or fall off.
