Issues with SIM connection...4 trips to Best Buy before phone diagnosed & reset to factory settings. Wasn't able to receive or send msgs. from the 1st. week until hopefully resolved 2weeks & 2 days later. Was told that if this problem reoccurs that there is no return or exchange but that I would be responsible to go to an Apple store! Not happy to hear this as I had the phone for only 2 wks. & didn't have service for most of that time.

That means you can't use on AT&T or T-Mobile , since those ... There's one that works with Verizon. So only return it.

bought this phone for my nephew as a early Christmas present and he loves it!!! did not want to spend a lot of money for a mobile phone and he really wanted an Apple device so this worked out great!!!

The phone seems to be slower than I was told. I thought maybe with 5g out the others have slowed down and that’s unfortunate.

I purchased the Verizon prepaid iPhone SE for my daughter. I have one as well and it is a great phone - better than the current crop of ever enlarging iPhones that are replacing the iPad mini...

Not the best iPhone but can’t beet the price hands down

I have been a long time iPhone user, but switched to Samsung, that was a bad mistake. I am enjoying the IPhone SE. I wanted something small, not into the bigger or newer iPhones.

Luis was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me excellent service and I didn't feel rush even though it was close to his lunchtime. The product he sold me the iPhone Se is very nice.

Camera takes great pics phone works much better than the sprint phone I had

This iphone SE is a great buy through Verizon prepaid service. It has a great processor and even though it is small compared to a lot of today's phones it is a good size for my wife.

I bought this thinking it would unlocked but after discovering it wasn’t I gave it to my mom who uses very little data. So considering that I’m satisfied with my purchase.

Hubby got this phone for work. He doesn’t get great signal out in the oil fields from att so got this one because he wanted an iPhone to work with all his Apple items.

It's perfect if you want a small yet affordable phone.

This is just the "ticket" for my needs. I am not one who is constantly "glued" to my phone, but it has more than enough capabilities for my use.
