A great phone

I can use it on any carrier like wcdma and wgsm carriers like att and t-mobile and Verizon and other carriers. The iOS operating system and apps are great. I would indefinitely recommend this device to my friends and family.

At first okay but now problems
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a couple of these from BestBuy. The first two worked well and were unlocked. Days ago I checked their IMEI numbers on the Verizon website and both showed they were ready for activation. Today the Verizon website says to contact Verizon customer service. I received two more today that have issues. Verizon's website won't verify that they're ready for activation on Verizon. Furthermore, the Best Buy invoice shows the IMEI number with additional numbers before it. Verizon customer service said that they weren't checked out properly. Back to BestBuy tomorrow.

Verizon Prepaid Phone

Did anyone try another carriers sim to see if it actually worked? Phone arrives with a sticker on the back saying it must be used with only Verizon prepaid for one year.

I recieved the phone to find that it is a verizon prepaid phone. This was not listed in the discription anywhere on best buy's website. Do not buy if you do not want a prepaid phone
