Very pleased with this phone; responsive and easy to use.

My mom's phone died and she needed a replacement. I bought the verizon version which came unlocked and worked perfectly on GSM . The only negative I can think of was the small 4" screen and lack of micro SD slot which I dont think she cared for. Other than that it met her needs to make basic phone calls and do face time with family.

Camera is good quality 4k 30fps . However, battery is little short. The is is really suck when Apple does not make small and cheap phone anymore.

I evidently needed a new phone but after purchasing this iPhone I really didn't know just how badly . Even my grandchildren have iPhones (Lol) Well now I do too! They're teaching me all the features including Bitmoji which I didn't know anything about! Still learning but loving it!

Still figuring it out, but the only thing I think sucks is that the very left side of the screen isn’t touch friendly. It can be hard to hit back on iMessage and other things.

Bought the as a gift for my son. He loves it. I wish it hadn’t been so hard to get it activated in the store and the solution wasn’t to return it for a refund and repurchase on the spot.

Wanted to get my mom (non tech person) a simple prepaid device. She stated she wanted to be able to use FaceTime and have ability to take and view pictures. So far she's had NO complaints.

It is a smaller screen size and storage compare to the newer iPhone but still hold up well. Not sure if it is the network or not but the battery life is much shorter while non-Verizon network. Still getting the latest iOS update which is amazing.

The service is great and the phone itself is a great upgrade from the iPhone 5C. It's really practical using it with one hand and the specs on these are off the charts for this size phone.

Was considering using this as a back up until verizon shut down the possibility to use it on multiple carriers. I wouldnt mind paying for vz service if this wasnt the case. Just dont like feeling locked down to a carrier.

I got for my sister . This was a surprise gift. She is happy with this phone. Price was okay. I will recommend this phone for elderly. Nice looking iPhone.
