Zero customer support

The ice maker did not make ice. After several attempts to contact the customer support, we were not closer to having the problem resolved. Customer support only seemed interested in where the item was purchased and not so much about the problem or how to resolve it. I would avoid this manufacturer in the future as they appear to be nothing more than a rip-off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
