1. Item arrived with dents in the metal framing pieces. 2. Item arrived with broken and missing pins to hold glass in place. 3. Vevor tried to tell me the product would “still function as intended,” without a “hey there,” “how ya doing,” “sorry” nothing!! 4. I said that’s a load of hooey!! I want a new one or refund me like this is an open box item. 5. Vevor offered me $10 back. 6. I said “You cannot be serious. Just begin a return then.” 7. Best Buy got involved with Vevor. (My hero!!) 8. Seller offered replacement parts. 9. I asked for 20% off AND replacement parts. Vevor agreed. I haven’t seen either one yet. 10. The directions for this cabinet are THE WORST I’VE EVER SEEN…and it matters!! We’re talking more confusing than if two squirrels were trying to put together IKEA furniture!! And I’m a bright human. As I type this, I’ve already taken 75% of it back apart bc one tiny thing not mentioned in directions was wrong AND now the doors are rubbing so apparently I guessed (bc that’s all you can do bc the directions are like trying to read smoke signals) which hole they were supposed to attach by so I have to take those apart again. And where are the lights intended to go?! No clue and there’s no natural position for them and in the direction images at one point they just disappear. Poof! The ONLY reason I’m keeping this horror from a rude company is bc my Autistic son “dreamed” of having this for his figures and politely asked to keep it. For the PROS: It has shelves. It gave me an emotional release that was years in the making bc of all the blue streaks of bad words I was doing. The 5 star review this thing had previously MUST be from the company who made it!!! Ain’t no way!! *Screws show (pictured from the inside where your items go) along with the ugly joint between the two back panels. *One pic shows the corner when the door is open, everything looks fine. Next pic shows when I’m trying to close the door and it’s pushing the shelf out of place. Clearly, something wasn’t installed correctly by me…again, directions are as clear as my face was at the height of my acne…so I’ll be figuring out how to actually install the bottom shelf. A pic of that point in the directions is also attached. If you value your time and money, just don’t do this to yourself!

Good for the price look good in the leaving room. Spacious for the Cristal.
