What was in the box was not what was ordered or what the box was showing it to be. I literally ordered the same monitor I previously did, but when I opened the box, it contained two power cords and a screen replacement for a much larger monitor that appears to be used with some rust around the frame of it and it was wrapped in cling plastic. I got ripped off... I did not order either a returned or open box item either, but a new one. This experience makes me question if I should continue to order things from BestBuy.

Great product for the price. Excellent clarity and sharpness. Quick response. Wish the speakers were a bit better. But for small speakers, they are adequate. If you are fussy about sound, invest in separate speakers.

I did a lot of online study for this monitor. Impressed with the specs and the reviews. Great, realistic colors. I use for video and photo editing as well as usual internet, email and work stuff. I connect two ViewSonic monitors to my desktop and having the large monitors makes working with multiple windows super easy.

Great options to connect to computer. I use the HDMI. Sharp, fast, great colors. Enjoy the extra size. I pair two ViewSonic monitors for more space to view multiple programs.

I purchased this monitor to hook up to my laptop to have dual screens. The clarity of the monitor is great and it is well made and performs great so far! The only drawback (which I think there must be ways to fix) is that the sound from my laptop now plays through the monitor-and the sound quality isn't the best and is low volume. Nevertheless, I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend this monitor!

Purchased this monitor to use as a 2nd monitor on my desktop computer. Original monitor was ViewSonic but that model was no longer available. Great price on this model and it matches the original exactly in both size and resolution. Great price plus all connection type cords provided. Used DVI for first time. Monitor cable packaging came in outer cardboard box. Could have used more protective packaging but monitor box did provide an undamaged product.

The monitor is fine, but I had to scramble to buy a HDMI cable when I discovered the 2 unlabled cables were VGA and DVI (there is no DisplayPort as far as I can tell). It's hard to believe in late 2022 they would include a VGA cable but not HDMI for a computer monitor.

Have had two of these screens for 3+ years, and installed numerous with my clients. All worked out of the box with no failed pixels. The speakers on these screens could be a little more powerful, but it is sufficient in no noise environment. It beats having additional speakers on your desk.

for the money - a very good monitor. definitely worth it. if you're not into high end photography, video or gaming - this works fine. the speakers are terrible - but that's to be expected.

I needed a monitor to replace the 24" Samsung TV I was using. The ViewSonic fit the bill. The picture is crisp, the refresh rate is terrific. I couldn't be happier. Great value.

I would have given this product 5 stars but like most products service life and value go hand in hand. If this monitor is still functioning after 2 years of 8 to 12 hrs per day 5 to 6 days per week like it is now after just 1 week, then it gets 5 stars from me.

Solid gaming monitor. Has the HDMI input needed for my PS4. Even has some sound output but you’re better off using a headset or adding speakers via aux.
