I highly recomend this product if you are using a car alarm

Alarm does not lock/unlock at my home location. I did contact the store that installed it several times and said there may be some sort of interference in the area and I asked if maybe the alarm could be replaced and said they would look into it but never called me back. I am still having issues with the alarm but don’t think anyone will help me.

The alarm is not what I was told it would have . So I was disappointed with it . Once it was installed I was not shown how it worked and had problems with it

I had to replace that alarm for one more compatible for my needs

I wish I would have bought a better alarm not as happy with this as I thought I would be the chirp sounds cheap

The alarm was improperly install, it had never work and the technician told me the day he installed the alarm to bring it back, unfortunately, on that day I signed the documents trusting the technician that he would call me for an available appointment on a Saturday, to find out what the alarm did not work properly. Until now he has never call me regarless of the many messages I left him.

I bought the alarm system and when I went in to get it installed I was told they weren’t installing anything until further notice.

Was sold the wrong system, BestBuy Online was selling this as a remote start when it's just a security system.

This product goes off without any reason. I would not purchase if I had the choice to make again.

Geek squad unable to install correctly. They also blew out my headlight switch.

Alarm us great when I'm say from my truck and alarm keypad gives me sense of security knowing I will be notified on remote and very sensitive.

I would not even give them 1 star... Worse customer services. When you call for information or support, they make you feel that you are ignorant. They love the money but hate to assist clients. I paid very expensively for my alarm system for a Sling Shot, and the GPS is the worse service I've ever had with any GPS. I've used apple Airtag many times to track all my equipment for my company and my other personal equipment and never had an issue. I decided to give them a tri, which was the worst thing I did. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. Their alarm system may be the best, but not their customer service.
