When the drone gets too cold, it circles uncontrollably and crashes. Also the camera can be a little fuzzy.

Much less than 18 minutes of flying time and very unstable with GPS connectivity, making the drone a little hard to control.

This was a Christmas gift, when opened Christmas morning, it was missing one of the controller joysticks. Called the manufacturer to see about getting the missing piece and was informed they don't even have replacement parts, and nothing we could find on the internet would work because these joysticks just slide on rather than screw on as everything we looked at does. Ended up returning it the next day. Best Buy had no more of them in stock, so couldn't do the exchange, and since it obviously was an open box, Best Buy charged the restocking fee, which in this case seems a little unfair, it wasn't functional without the joystick, and there wasn't another one in their store to do the exchange, so it does seem a bit unfair that the customer has to pay that restocking fee for goods that were sold defective. It's a shame really because my son was very excited to have gotten the drone, and pretty bummed he couldn't even work it. Maybe if you're looking for an entry level drone look at one made by a different company so that if you need any replacement parts (not just the joystick), you'll be able to get them.

Very unstable. I know its not a DJI but its also not super cheap. I hope he really enjoys it before it breaks.

First flight after calibrated it immediately lostcontroland would not respondthr the controller. When ut came down it crashed andbusted two arms frim the sheer force. It was like the controller was stuck. Not our first drine either. But definitely our worst. Now i ha e a dissapointed 12 year old and amout $100.

This drone is the perfect starter for anyone who wants a nice yet easy to fly drone! It's stability is great too and very simple to use.

Distance is not as far as I thought it would be it's just ok

My review is that easy to use easy to learn. Just need more flying time more charge time but a very good drone drone.

This product is completely unusable and extremely disappointing. From the first attempt, the drone did not work as advertised. It has serious performance issues, poor stability, and does not function properly even under normal conditions. The quality is far below expectations and absolutely not worth the price. I honestly feel misled by the product description. Selling devices like this is unacceptable. I will be returning this product on January 9, when I return to the United States. I do not recommend this product at all.

My step son wanted to get his first drone that actually feels like a drone. So far he seems to enjoy it

The machine works amazing! It isn’t very loud, it’s easy to use, and I like how spacious it is. The install crew was also timely and helpful!

Was a great Christmas present for the grandson- even in a windy west Texas day it flew and maneuvered with ease
