My boyfriend and i have been searching for a big screen TV for about a year now. I had been doing some research and comparing devices across the board. I couldn't imagine spending $1000's of dollars on a TV. I was looking into consumer reviews as well... I found this TV back in January. It has been sold out ever since. Frequently we looked inside the store it was still sold out. I came across it 1 day online in stock. Bought it with no hesitation. Went picked up next day.... Its very big!!! I have a 3rd row seat SUV took up the whole inside of my vehicle. Getting it home i was so scared to even take it out the box. Its a 2 person job for sure. We ended up mounting it on the wall and that within its self was scary. You have to be careful grabbing the sides so that you don't puncture the screen. Setting it up was fairly easy like any TV with emails. Apps were already installed onto the TV. It is not Alexa capable but it has HDMI so you could get a fire stick to go with it. We use the TV for gaming mostly... And the screen size is impressive. Easy navigation and input methods at your finger tips. Very clear image no spotting or lines. Colors are various and luminous. Thus far no complaints. Would recommend. Would buy again... With tax it was $491!!! Can't find that anywhere!. I attached an image below its my camera that sucks... Looks way better in person.

For the price I paid for TV I would say overall it’s a good tv . Tv has great color and sound . The only thing I don’t like is that sometimes it won’t turn on right away .

This Vizio is a great value! It has razor sharp definition and high pigment for watching sports! We are a sports family and we’ve enjoyed watching them on this television. I’m glad that I made this purchase. Keep in my that it is a large television and you’ll need to be aware of the measurements of the width for your tv stand. I had to do a diy project to widen my old stand to accommodate this tv.

It is insane to me that you can get a 65 inch smart TV for less than $600. For the price nothing beats this TV.
The physical TV is great. It has a metal stand, decently thin bezels, and generally looks good in a room.
As for the software, it is just okay. Airplay 2 and Chromecast are amazing additions but the built in apps are a little slow and the home screen is so confusing.
The screen itself is just fine. It’s definitely 4K and the color is quite accurate but it’s not bright. I have it at 100% brightness all the time but midday it’s too dim. This also means HDR is completely useless unless it’s completely dark in the room.
Overall I’d recommend this TV if you are okay with its low brightness and last generation software. It’s price is amazing and it’s size fills up my space unlike anything else in this price range.

The TV exceeded my expectations. The display alone is enough satisfaction, but the real value is the smart capabilities. Connection is always on point, apps run smooth (no lag/delay), multiple inputs to select from and Vizios “watch free” service is awesome. In comparison to other Smart TVs of the same caliber this one is definitely a no brainer. I would recommend this tv to everyone. Also I’ve seen reviews that have a negative issue pertaining to audio. There’s almost no issues with the audio. I have had an experience where certain shows/movies require the volume to be higher, however it’s not enough to devalue the TV. If you’re somebody who listens to music full blast through the TV, purchase a sound bar or surround sound system.

The app buttons on the remote do not work properly. At first, none of them worked. I googled the problem and had to unplug the tv and "reset" it, although it was brand new. After the "reset", all of the buttons except for Disney+ worked. After trying everything to get that button to work, I contacted Best Buy Geek Squad and they sent me a replacement remote. However, when I received it (one week later), it was the wrong remote. I then went to the Best Buy store and they swapped out the remote for me. However, the "new" remote has the same problem, the Disney+ button does NOT work! Which leaves me to believe, that none of the remotes with the Disney+ button can connect to Disney+. Either that, or coincidentally I got two remotes for a brand new tv, that happen not to work. Either way, I am not satisfied with the purchase because it doesn't fully work properly, as I thought it would when I bought it.

I usually buy Samsung, but the salesman convinced me to go with Vizio. He was right this TV is amazing, I absolutely love it, for the price and size, you can't beat it. I'm very happy with my purchase.

This is definitely a great tv for the price but after owning it for a little over a month I’m starting to see issues.
It’s great it’s a smart tv with built in apps. I’ve hooked it up to a nice Bose surround sound system and love my setup.
Issues:
The first issue we discovered was the sound on the TV gets distorted randomly. I thought maybe it was the surround sound but when I turned it off and turned up the tv volume, the problem persisted. This issue is fixed when you restart the tv. Maybe not a huge issue to some people but you expect better out of a brand new TV.
Second issue I’ve had is some built in apps won’t load now. Disney+ is the main one I’ve seen this on. When you launch the app the screen stays on but it’s blank. You can still go through the settings but the screen remains black. I’ve checked for updates and tried other fixes. I have not figured out how to fix this issue yet.
Overall this isn’t a bad TV, good for the money but I wish I would have spent a little more on something better.

Purchased this product during Christmas! We have another Visio tv at home and wanted another one as well. For the price you pay, we love the resolution, color, picture quality. The TV comes with apps such as Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, etc. and you get to enjoy beautiful 4K resolution for this price. It has a very modern design and we love it!

Our tv blew out a week before Super Bowl, went picked this one up, bestbuy came 2 days later and installed it on the wall. Great picture, sound could use a little work hooking my old sound bar up to it anyway.
