Buyer beware, what happened to BB quality control?
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At first i put two stars, but after best buy kept telling me I cant post a review , it came down to 1 star. This item was priced too good to be true. Despite UI freezes, no smooth motion, no gaming mode, (all advertised), the constant stuttering and lagging makes using the tv incredibly difficult. Using google assistant the tv will turn on, but if you ask it to do anything it just gives an error code and freezes. I contacted vizio customer service to try to fix things, they upgraded the firmware and the issues persisted. This model was a BB exclusive, and a $100 cheaper than an identical copy of the vizio tv they already have on sale, its a shame that BB would just try to milk money and make their own version that is awful quality. The reason why there are so little reviews is because people probably purchased and returned after a few days of usage. See the photos, the camera is held still (everything else other than the screen is perfectly focused) and the 4 photos I posted are 4 out of 15 I took.

Monster Value!

The price was amazing!!! The sound quality is theater style, surround sound. It has been so nice being able to see the screen and read the menu. We bought a new house, so needed the upgrade! I can highly recommend this product!

Great budget TV

It looks great and the smartcast is awesome but the computer inside can be a little finicky which is annoying. Sometimes it just doesn't want to work but I'd say 95/100 times it's good to go.

Not bad for the money!

The Bluetooth connection suffers to the point where I need to reboot the system every day or two depends on use, I’m guessing. Had it about a month or more. Overall I’m pleased but expect more from the app connection. May have to upgrade in the next one, whenever that may be.

Good picture

The only thing we wish we had known prior to purchasing is that it did not have all the apps installed on it we wanted and that we could not install them on to it. It does come with a bunch of apps though. Other then the app issue it is a good television.

ITS WORTH IT

A pretty decent TV

I have 3 other vizio TV's on my home and is quite satisfied with them all. The best buy employee tried his hardest to dissuade me from being this TV but my mind was made up. Great TV and size for a very affordable price. Only issue is I could not connect my husband's playstation up, some kind of issue with connectivity and compatibility!!!!

Colors are not the best

I’ve tried to adjust the colors without success. Also at times the tv will not turn on I’m have to unplug it for several minutes for it to respond to the remote
