Good System. Better Cosumer Service!

Although we did get off to a challenging start, missing everything but the sound bar and subwoofer. Called customer service on Christmas Day night at 10 o'clock and they were great! They had me go to the closest store where they gave me all the missing items. The customer service in the store was once again great! Got to go home to set it up!

Great Dormroom Gift

However, it good for an dormitory room or going to college. It quality sound is good. Just its not that loud as expexted. I wasn't able to get an warramty after fourteen days. Still can't get an warranty on it now so if anything was to happen best buy will not cover for this item.

Great sound system for the price

It was easy to connect and hang from my wall- lots of connection options and it comes with all of the cords needed for each connection. The only problem I'm having with it is the sound cast. It took me weeks trying to get the app to connect and it would only connect through wi-fi and now it doesn't even cast through the app. Otherwise, it has great sound, and bass.
