Decent for TV audio, nothing else.

It helps the speaking audio, but the wireless subwoofer is too weak for music. I think I was expecting audio similar to traditional speakers. So keep in mind, this is just a soundbar.

Great Sound - Bad Interoperability

However, if you are also looking for products that support Smartcast, don't buy Vizio. Pairing is problematic, if not impossible. After an hour on the phone with Vizio support, their suggestion is to buy and android device to pair with. Really, can't start a new car and the suggestion is to buy a different brand? Should have read the Vizio application reviews before buying both a TV and Sound Bar.

In addition we have managed to improve our pairing and setup through firmware updates. We make these updates freely available through our support website so customers can download the update manually and install it before setup. We also have two different types of pairing that you can use including Bluetooth LE pairing (proximity based with other compatible Android or iOS Smart Phones or Tablets) or Wifi pairing. Good sound for the price

The help telephone number was very responsive. We are not tech savvy and appreciated the help provided over the phone.

Great but damaged

An OK soundbar system.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this soundbar to connect to my Vizio TV. So it should be easy to use and pair. Well, for the best sound you have to connect it to the TV through the ARC cable. So the cable provider connects through the lower connection. And when you turn the TV on, it takes some time up to 30 sec to find the way around to show the picture first then it finds the sound. It is said that you can stream music thought it. Well, you won't, at least in my case. Spent 2 days on the phone with the technicians from VISIO to pair the soundbar with my phone, and then trying to play music. If you have FREE Spotify - it is not going to be an option for you anyway. At the end I have to return it because there is a glitch in programming that even if it is paired with the device, it won't play music. It will take 2-3 weeks for the whole process to replace the product (Best Buy will not accept it back after 15 days, so I have to go through the manufacturer).

Ok sound

Audio doesn't match the Video A few seconds off..

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. One thing that may help you is to check your TV/Display and see if there is a Lip Sync option. This option will adjust the video to match with the audio. It may take some trial and error but should fix it.
