This system was easy to set-up, is compact, yet, has great sound quality in incoming and outgoing calls. The controls are simple to read and easy to set. The voicemail messages are clear and the remote answering feature is convenient.

After spending about one hour on the internet looking at and reading reviews I kept going back to to the v tech system. Best Buy had the best price and I had my reward money. Best Buy had the phone in stock.Setting up the answering machine was easy. Great sound and easy programming.

This phone is nice. Lots of nice features. We did not need the voicemail part since we have that with our phone service, but it is ok. I LOVE the display of the number of calls and/or messages. For a person who still has a home phone, it is great! A great price! Sleek and nice looking.

We bought this phone to replace a well used set that had seen the end of its days. Really like how easy it is to turn off the answering system because we use the voice mail service from the phone company. Price was right too.

Only had them for a day but for price they sounded pretty good and had a lot of good features. I returned only because I wasn't keeping home phone service. Will get again in future if I decide to get home service

I am very pleased with my new home phones. Pretty style! Great Price! But most of all the ring tone is perfect volume. The tone is great you can hear the caller on a very clear crisp receiver. So happy with my new purchase! Thanks Best Buy! This was indeed a Best Buy!

I would actually give this cordless phone a 5 star review, if not for one small issue. The display showing the caller ID that lights up when you receive a call does not continue to show after the answering machine picks up. Therefore if I cannot grab the receiver before the machine picks up the call, then I cannot immediately see who is calling. I think it should continue to show the number and be lit up until the caller ends the call. However this unit was a fantastic deal! I am very happy with every other aspect of this phone. I didn't think that having the second handset was necessary for my house but I am so happy that I have it now! Great buy and great quality product.

Like the fact it came with 2 phones for the price. It had great reception. Fits great in your hand and it has easy set up voicemail.

I bought this for my dad, who wasn't keen on upgrading his 20-year old machine. This was easy to set up, program the directory, and operate. Pretty good price, too, and the extra handset is convenient to locate next to his recliner.

I purchased this landline system for my aging mother. The buttons are large enough for her to easily navigate, the built-in answering system is very user-friendly, and initial set-up was a breeze. Sound quality is excellent, as well.

I think this phone was pretty good for the price. It was what we were looking for, 2 phones, space saver. Only complaint is that the ringer doesn't seem to be too loud.

Easy to use and set up. Really nothing to it. Wish it had a place to plug in an ear piece, but the speaker function works great. Sou8nd is very good good both listening and talking.
