    The toy is not easy to navigate for small children. It has additional programs that you have to pay for. I did not appreciate the small amount of apps incorporated into the device. not worth the investment. This by far is the lamest of v-tech toys we have purchased.

    Phone hasn’t worked since purchase. Grandsons parents well versed in iPhone/iPad use and have not been able to connect. Disappointed in product.

    Please dont purchase this. Its a piece of junk. Never worked for us and screen went blank and flashy in one hour.

    It’s very slow. The charger port has already broke on it also, I will be returning it for a replacement since they talked me into the replacement insurance.
