My 3yr old daughter loves this. It gets her moving with the fitness games, keeps her occupied when needed with short fun games, and she actually takes some pretty good pix with it too.

My son is 7 and quite active, he loves it. He has fun with the camera and loves timing himself riding his bike or running. The little games keep him busy on the go.

Camera is good for a child's use. Don't expect high resolution. But good. Nice apps. Child is 5 years old, but if they are used to using a tablet or iPad it may not be challenging enough.

I bought this watch for my nieces and nephews for Christmas. I enjoyed watching them try to get more steps in to get a higher score on the simplified pedometer. The games are very rudimentary and don't compare to something you could get on an iPad, but I watched the kids play them over and over again throughout the week, especially in the car. I'm hoping this doesn't become another item at the bottom of the toy box. The number of functions give it a fighting chance.

My 8 year old son really likes the watch. The only thing that I don't like about it is VTech's website is down do to hackers and has been down for awhile now. At least the last time I checked a month ago.

He was so excited when "Santa" brought it that he even made his own tutorial video for his brother to learn how to use his. Great gift with so many kid-friendly features for youngsters - including that pedometer!
