Sold my relative the wrong batteries. In spite of having the phone model number and the exact model number of battery, I needed. They assured her they would work. NOT!! In fact they had sold me the correct batteries, a couple of weeks prior. They weren’t even the right mAh. They sold them to her because they had not reordered the correct ones after I had purchased the last two correct ones, a couple of weeks before. In fact, they still haven’t restocked the correct ones that I still need! ugh

Perfect! It fit my phone and extended its life. When my phone died, I took it into the Best Buy store and a friendly staff helped identify the right battery. I am very happy with it!

Once again, when another electronics store in our area, did not stock phone batteries anymore, maybe they could special order it, but were unable to confirm a match, BEST BUY was easily able to confirm a matching battery for my needs, but walked me to a shelf and there it was!
