This is probably the best personal health purchase I have ever made. The toothbrush has three settings: clean, whiten, and massage. The clean setting will have your teeth feeling like you just went to the dentist. The first time I used it I was completely amazed. I was honestly grossed out by the difference because I'm pretty serious about teeth brushing and even still they never felt as clean as they did after using this brush. The whiten setting is perfect for if you use a whitening paste after brushing (such as a baking soda mixture, etc.). I've only been using the brush for a week and can already tell the difference from when I used a whitening paste with a regular toothbrush. Again, so awesome but also made me feel kind of gross I live without it for so long. The massage setting...I suppose this is for massaging your gums or something. I've never used it. The water flosser is equally fantastic. Made the mistake of turning the pressure up too high right out of the gate and got shockingly strong pelt of water to the back of my throat that was exceedingly unpleasant. Once I played around with the various pressure settings, I was very impressed with it. It comes with several different tips including ones for use with braces or "pockets." it is also a very compact system. It fits onto my sink top to the side of the faucet with room to spare. Do yourself a favor. Get this device. Clean the f*ck out of your mouth. Watch your dentist's mouth drop and finally have the satisfaction of saying "Yes! I DO floss daily!"

I'm 61 yrs. This was a birthday gift to myself. I love my new Waterpic combo triple sonic toothbrush unit. I've had it about 2 months. Obviously it is convenient to have both items together on my counter top. I don't use one without the other. Truth told - I was shocked after brushing my teeth as usual with manual large head toothbrush, at how much debris still flushes away from gums and between teeth when I use the Waterpic. Usually after going to the dentist for a cleaning my teeth feel perfectly polished for about a week. But two months out.... I still feel like I just went to the dentist ! As far as the smaller brush head on the electric sonic toothbrush - it actually gets into the in-between spaces of your teeth at gum level better than the long strands of large toothbrush with less irritation on my gums. The three speeds actually massage the gums quite comfortably while breaking the small stuck particles away. I can't wait to go for my 6 month check up again. ( Can't believe I said that as I hate going to the dentist having plaque cleaned away) But I know my gums line is cleaner than it ever has been since I started daily use of my waterpic. If i know the difference, I can't wait to get my official report back from my dentist. I should have bought a waterpic years ago !!! For best possible teeth and gum hygiene -EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE ONE!

My family has used Oral B electric brushes for over 15 years, but with our 11 year-old needing braces, we looked for a better way he could floss than with the string flossers. After a day of research, reading reviews, watching videos, and basically using Amazon's customers to provide background for my decision, I purchased 3 of these - one for my husband, one for the 11 year-old, and one for myself!! I am flabbergasted that I didn't know about something like this before now. I have struggled with string flossing for years, and was never told by any dentist that I was doing a good job, though I really put a lot of effort into being sure to do as thorough a cleaning as I could. After the first use of the Water Pik 5.0 (Model 861WW) followed by a brushing with the WaterPik toothbrush, my mouth and teeth felt better than when I leave the dentist office after a 6-month cleaning. I will be buying more of this model for gifts to my older children this Christmas, as I want everyone in my family to have one. The footprint of this model is so small that it fits on the edge of our double bathroom sinks in nearly the same space that the Oral B electric brushes alone fit. What a great designed compact product that does a wonderful job,. You won't be sorry if you give this a try, believe me.

I bought a Waterpik at the recommendation of my dentist. I chose this model because of the capacity of the water reservoir and the included toothbrush. The water reservoir last much longer than the handheld models. This is my first Waterpik toothbrush and I am very impressed with the performance. I find it comparable to the Phillips Sonicare toothbrushes that I have been using for the last ten years. Even though the unit takes up some space, I feel it is worth it because it combines the toothbrush charging cradle and because of the water capacity. As an added bonus only one power cord is used for both functions. This 2 in 1 water flosser and sonic toothbrush do an amazing job of cleaning my teeth!

I had a Waterpik unit that we used faithfully until it broke. The dentist is a like car mechanic, you cannot tell what they are doing "under the hood". I respect both professions BTW. Every-time, I go the dentist, its the same old story...not flossing enough, cavity here, and need a filling there. I started using dental floss picks here and there, although I do brush regularly. This Waterpik with electric toothbrush is amazing so far! We will see how long the toothbrush lasts. However, the important thing is the actual ability to floss. The appliance comes with 5 attachments and two brush heads: 2 - JT-100E - Waterpik® Classic Jet Tip 1 - OD-100E - Waterpik® Orthodontic Tip 1 - PS-100E - Waterpik® Plaque Seeker® Tip 1 - PP-100E - Waterpik® Pik Pocket™ Tip 2 - STRB-3WB - Waterpik Triple Sonic®/Complete Care 5.0 Replacement Brush Heads - Black You can control the pressure using the convenient knob. There is a main power switch and the actual handle has an on/off switch. The older model had a rocker type of switch that was not friendly. It would squirt at the wrong time! Hopefully the Waterpik will keep the dentist at bay, my wallet happier, and my teeth clean!

My wife wanted an electric toothbrush. The first one I purchased didn't have enough flexibility (speed, brush head type) for her sensitive teeth and gums so I gave it to my daughters. When I returned to Best Buy I found this unit, which combined a multi-speed electric toothbrush with a water pik. The water pik is something she had used before and loved, but we hadn't had one in a long time. After reading a few reviews I decided to buy this product. What a great decision! After a few days of fumbling around, we realized we hadn't let the device charge long enough. Once we reset the device so it could fully charge, the system has worked fantastic! My wife uses both parts, and is very happy with the results. We highly recommend the Waterpik Complete Care Water Flosser and Triple Sonic Toothbrush! Just make sure you fully charge the unit before using it the first time.

This waterpik water flosser is amazing and very helpful for someone who hates flossing due to gum irratation due to tight teeth spacing. Lots of attachments to choose from and plenty of pressure. Can even use mouthwash instead of water but that gets a little expensive as it goes through it fast. My only con is the noise. It is very loud and so I can’t use it at night or risk waking everyone else in the house. My waterpik is over a year old at this point and still going strong. Just don’t run the pump without water so it doesn’t burn up. The toothbrush is useless for me. The sonic vibrating is so bothersome it causes my nose to become crazy itchy and makes me sneeze. It’s not like a spin brush. It actually vibrates and I just can’t push through the use of this even for 30 seconds. Nice idea and nice setup and how it sits on the stand to recharge and everything. I just wish it wasn’t sonic. I still recommend the waterpik tho. See if you can find just that and save some money and just buy a nice rechargeable spin toothbrush instead.

After some very expensive dental work (Implants) and spending $6,000 of my own before insurance, and based on the recommendation of my dentist office on more than one occasion, I decided to invest in a waterpik system. I always hated flossing.. valuable yes, but too time consuming so I still would rarely do it. While the goal was to get the water flosser, I was not sure I wanted an electric toothbrush too. My considerations included wanting less on my bathroom counter, so I decided to "go big or stay home' in order to condense what I was using. OMG.. From the very first time my teeth and mouth felt amazing; like just leaving the dentist office!! I actually now (waterpik) floss twice a day and love it. My husband is being told he is experiencing bone loss and they also recommended this for him. I told him how much I love mine and so I'm shopping for a whole second unit for another bathroom. Worth every penny and it's only been a week...

This unit is pretty well built, but it seems like Waterpik made some compromises to meet a price point. The most obvious one is that the water pump for the flossing device is pretty noisy. It also sounds very rough and "sloppy", like it is not a good quality pump. Otherwise the unit is convenient. It is nice to have both functions combined in one unit. I read a few revieves online before I purchased it. One author said that his dentist was much happier with the condition of his gums after he started using the water flossing on this unit in addition to a sonic brush. Waterpik suggests filling the water tank with warm water. That has been necessary for comfort here in Michigan during cooler weather, so there is an extra bit of fuss when using the flosser. They also indicate that the water tank holds about 90 seconds worth of water. I can use the flosser twice without refilling if I'm not concerned with the water temperature. This is a good investment at the price point. If I continue to use the flossing device I may try to upgrade to something that is quieter, but that may also be much more expensive.

Getting braces as a grandmother didn't appeal to me at all! I dreaded trying to keep them clean and flossing in between. My dental hygienist urged me to get a Waterpik, so I researched it. I settled on this model because it included a toothbrush also. We bought one for each of our bathrooms. I like how you can adjust the pressure of the water and having multiple heads is very helpful. I sincerely don't think my brace cleaning experience would be as smooth and easy as using my Waterpik Complete 5.0!! I have apologized to our 3 boys for not getting them this golden gem while they had braces! I have been telling everyone about my awesome "pressure washer" for my mouth! I gave it 4 stars because I wish the reservoir was bigger, the only drawback!

I have sat tight for a little while before composing this review since I needed to perceive what sort of progress it makes inside its use. What's more, now I am prepared to expound on it. The item was less costly due to a direct result of offer advancement and the expanded two years warranty was a take. Charge stay right. The toothbrush has a few components, for example, cleaning, massage, and whitening. The bundle accompanies a few different picks to assemble on the water gadget of extra dental care. I can put hot or cold temperature water to use. Flossing with water weight is compelling, pleasant and fun. I have seen a great deal of positive changes on my teeth as far as color, plaque and overall condition. I prescribe keeping the original package to convey the gadget for travel times. The main con I would state is that occasionally it makes lots of water mess amid flossing.

I finally broke down and got a Waterpik when my dentist told me I had periodontal pockets and would need a deep cleaning. I read somewhere that with regular use of a Waterpik, I might just be able to reverse those pockets and eliminate that need for an uncomfortable deep cleaning. I gave it a three-month try and it worked! No deep cleaning needed! Also, I spoke with my primary care physician about plaque, and learned that there are two more (one of them could save your life) benefits to Waterpiking regularly. See my UPDATE at the end of this review. I have noticed that others have asked a lot of the questions that I had early on inside of their reviews and in the customer questions section. So I thought I would gather up all of the answers and put them in one review. I hope this will be your Guide to Using Your New Aquarius Waterpik.

Pros Waterpik is fantasic On-Off switch is an amazing feature Cons The Toothbtush is not very good This is my first waterpik and first eclectic toothbrush and I have to say that I am impressed at how clean my teeth and gums feel after using the waterpik. The Waterpik is great and the on-off switch is a great feature and saves from accidentally spraying water everywhere, all of the tips included are useful as well. The toothbrush does work that well compared to ones that you can buy stand alone, it does the job but not very well. It is not that strong and my teeth never felt very clean. Overall Great product however the toothbrush is not a great addition

The water flosser is mainly why I got this product and works flawlessly. The sonic toothbrush I have had trouble getting it to hold a charge. It does a great job, just went to the dentist kind of clean but the battery in the toothbrush is low quality or the charging method doesn’t work well with the toothbrush getting wet. I’m not entirely sure which problem it is. I still have the product just for convenience. You can reset the toothbrush battery by unplugging the base from the outlet and taking the toothbrush off the base for 15 minutes.

I bought this toothbrush and rinser mostly to help with flossing. I got the combination machine because price wise it was a good deal. The toothbrush isn’t my favorite. I still feel like my teeth are dirty after using it. But I do like the massage setting for my sensitive gums. The water flosser is a little unusual to use. I find myself thinking “ Should I keep my mouth open and spray?” It’s just a bit weird and gross to think about. I haven’t noticed any extra food debris in the sink after flossing to say if it really is great or terrible for flossing. But I haven’t thrown it out yet so it’s not a waste. I wouldn’t recommend this buy. It just seems like another reason to spend money and a way to take up counter space.

This is my first product review at Best Buy, I don't shop here often, but I found the Waterpik Complete Care 5.0 here, it's tough to find elsewhere. As for performance, the waterpik has multiple tips for cleaning and massaging of teeth and gums, the handle is easy to use and has a safety on-off on the handle so water doesn't spray everywhere when you need to pause or finished. The reservoir holds an amount of water adequate to complete the task without the need to refill while in the middle of irrigating. The Toothbrush: Excellent, easy to hold, recharges, easy to use and, YES, it works well- cleans, shines, massages. Cons: Only one: the Waterpik line between reservoir and handle could be a few inches longer.

No complaints. This was easy to set up and start using. It does take a little while to get used to using the water flosser if you haven't used one before, and honestly, it's easy to get the whole bathroom wet with this thing. The instructions say to "just let the water flow freely out of your mouth," but when I try that, some water tends to stream down the handle and onto my hand and then down my arm and often down my leg. Maybe I'm not doing it right. In any case, it will get your teeth and gums clean and the brush is excellent, too. The travel case is nice and the battery will last a coupe of weeks. Great for all but the longest trips away from home. For the money, this was a great deal.

This combo offered by waterpik rocks! I had never used a waterpik before and now, I can't wait to go to my next cleaning appointment to find out if truly cuts down on plaque. The electric toothbrush is a first for me also. The first thing I noticed was how little toothpaste you really need to use in order to brush your teeth. This brush makes it much easier to get to my problem areas that build plaque. The only drawback to the electric brush is a tendency to stop for a split second, then it resumes brushing. The waterpik pump motor is loud though. Those are the only two drawbacks if you want to call them that I have found.

I purchased this recently because it was discounted. I've never had a Waterpik before and not sure if all are extremely loud but the tubing shakes, the base shakes, it sounds similar to a go kart motor if you turn the setting up anything passed 5. I was surprised and considering returning it. I thought it would be quiet not sound like a mini jackhammer haha Other than that it comes with multiple heads for the pik, 2 heads for the brush.. looks nice and easy to setup. The stream is very strong on higher settings and cleans well but as I said the noise is a deal killer for me.

My husband wanted the Waterpik flosser because he had major dental bills and needed to do a better cleaning job cleaning his teeth. It was hard for him to clean with dental floss. Also, I also liked this Waterpik because it came with a electric toothbrush with with 2 brush heads so we could both use it. Being a former dental assistant, I like that it cleans and whitens my teeth with regular toothpaste, not harsh whitening toothpaste. Another advantage is that the water flosser can clean and freshen my invisalign trays without scrubbing them. This would also be a good choice for cleaning conventional braces
