My last back up required 3 cables which made my desk pretty messy. I love the small size and the ease of backing up. I use the apple time machine.

Excellent product. Small convienent to use for a portable backup drive or leave it on your desk for a home backup. Very easy to install and use.

Picked this up the other day.I was looking for something to backup all my family's pictures. This is the ticket. Highly portable & a huge amount of space for storing data! I got it on sale & it was a no brainer! Highly recommend!

I've been using these Passport pocket drives for a few years now. They have been reliable. I like the compact size and trust the WD name.

I bought this as a gift for my brother and he absolutely loves it. He said it is easy to use and compatible for his desktop and laptop.

Reasonably priced compared to same storage size, light and easy to take around as needed. Only complaint is wish external drives were more personable and came in different colors as black, silver, and any darker toned get boring.

Son needed back up drive for is college courses and this works great. Small and easily travels with him to classes and performs well.

Use these for portable storage and backup. Ultra has been reliable and the value is good. Works well with Mac; reformat for Mac only.

Great little compact drive for extra storage compared to the hard drives of past which were large and heavy, this is very convenient to carry in pocket, already running low on space next time I will go for a larger capacity.

I use this drive to download movies and connect to tv or computer. Small size makes it easy to travel with. Very reliable operation.

This little guy has been excellent so far. Definitely worth it. Of course one always wishes for more space, so maybe a 2TB next time.

I was worried that if my old computer failed, I would lose all my saved data. It was recommended I get an external hard drive so I started reading-this Passport Ultra did everything I wanted at a great price. Only frustration was it told me my XP was not compatible--turns out you just need to download some "stuff" and it will work fine.
