WifI setup took a while due to 4? Firmware updates. But now it's running and I'm able to see a graph with ambient temp (blue band) and meat temp (red band). Only qualm is the blue and red bands didn't last even one cook.. are they even good silicone rubber? Not sure how to fix that, but don't count on colored bands to last. Seems accurate to temperatures, but I'm not able to calibrate it as far as I know. Power On by pressing screen was a bit weird, but less buttons is probably best and easy to clean. Wish I knew that it had a magnet that would stick to my steel genesis... that's a good thing as I was able to cancel the accessory attachment kit :)

So easy to use and allows you to cook to perfection. I can't believe I waited so long to get it.

I am still learning to use the smart grilling hub, and I think it will help me get the correct internal temperature.. I have been using my palm for years and have had good result in using it.

Perfect gift for my husband. It accurately shows the temperatures of the food on grill let’s him know when done. Easy to use.

This was a big let down. I ordered the products from best buy. I removed the box from the plastic shipping wrap. Thebox llid is supposed to be held on with four circular adhesive pieces of tape. One piece was already cut. When I looked at the other three piecec, it was apparent that somebody had opened this box before i received it, and then packaged it back up because the adhesive tape was put back on in a shoddy fashion. I expect a new product. Not something that someone had in their home and decided to return it and being resold is new.
